no on denying USA funded various terrorist group in 80s and 90s to fight against Soviet and later with each other but also at the same Pakistan is equal responsible for all this. USA provided money, weapons but on ground level it was Pakistan. no one can also deny Pakistan's dream of controlling Afghanistan and for this they are ready to do anything.
