Hi Everyone,
Please let me know if this is not the appropriate forum for posting this but I was looking for some show suggestions.

I am looking for some Indian/Pakistani dramas where the ML starts off as bad kind of like a thug/goonda etc and he and the FL hate each other in the beginning but he falls in love with her and ACTUALLY changes to good. Also the FL is a strong character. The problem with a lot of Indian/Pakistani shows is the ML is an angry young man for no reason whatsover and the FL still loves him and there is NO DECENT REDEMPTION of the guy ( eg Udaan) or the FL is a simpering wallflower (looking at you Bashar Momin)

I watched an old Zee tv show called Bhagowali and I loved it!! I am looking for shows like that. I was directed to this forum by someone after I asked her if she knew of any other series like that.
I loved Dillagi (since the FL was so strong) so if you have suggestions for shows like that, that would be great too.

I hate Mann ki Awaz Pratigya becoz I thought the FL was an idiot and didnt like the incredible amounts of misogyny in the show.

Anybody have any HINDI show recommendations for me?

Thank you so much!!

Well, may be not right place to get answers ASAP.
I have only completed like 3-4 Indian shows..still I would recommend 3 shows that I found really good.
These are old, I stopped watching Indian TV so don't know about the current shows.

1) Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam doon (Season 1)
2) kitani mohabbat hai (Season 2)
3) Kaisi Yeh Yariyaan (Season 1)

You should try these three, all were pretty good. I kind of skipped some episodes in first two but I have watched all episodes of Kaisi Yeh Yariyaan.

Update -
1). Bad boy to good boy - checked (in all three)
2). Strong female lead - checked (in all three)

Hey, I did already recommend you Rangrasiya. Both Iss Pyaar Ko 1 & 2 are good but lengthy ones. If you prefer story then go for IPK2 but if you prefer fun then its IPK1. As I find our tastes somewhat similar, I would also recommend Qubool Hai somewhat upto around 250 episodes

LOL, I dislike to say this but I loved the love-story of Thapki Pyar Ki, yes I watched it, I used to cut all the crap family-fest and watch it for the leads story.

I take the honour to mention that I hated Kaisi Yeh Yariyaan wherever I find admirers of that show, you can put that show in your list if you want to watch loads of unnecessary romance (and nothing else).

In almost all of these shows you can find faults or leftout stories as they were influenced by trp's unlike Bhagonwali. It used to air on 6:30pm and also I don't think back then in 2010 trp''s used to decide the fate of the show like they do now.

EDIT - Sorry to the KYY show fans, I was being immature. I'll try to remain silent from now on wherever I find posts of that show.

The dramas that completely fit your description are Bashar Momin, Mera Naam Yousuf Hai, Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan.
