2 cups grated lauki
2 tomatoes
onions
green chili paste
besan/ gram floor
garam masala
Ginger garlic paste
turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds
salt
oil






Directions

Peel the bottle gourd / lauki and grate it. squeeze the grated lauki ans add besan. Mix well.
Add green chili paste, salt and garam masala.Mix well.
Make balls out of it and deep fry them.
take 2 chopped tomatoes & onion and grind it to a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and tomato onion paste. Stir and continue to fry until oil appears from side.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala. Stir well
Add water and let it boil. Add salt accordingly.
Add koftas/ balls and cover the pan for 3 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot !!!
