Karan Singh Grover, who is currently stationed in London for his forthcoming film, Firkee, is receiving training from world kickboxing champion, Lee Charles.
The talented actor known for his envious physique wants to leave no stone unturned to perform action sequences in the film and accordingly will be working closely with the popular Hollywood trainer who has been flown down specially to train the actor.
Karan says, "I have drastically changed my technique. More than the change, it has evolved to a more advanced form. In my morning workout, I practice the full primary series of Ashtanga Yoga while wearing a 20 kg vest. Everyone should trust me. It will change the way you feel about working out.
Charles took to Instagram to post about his experiences working with Karan. He wrote, "Has been a real honour to work with @iamksgofficial these last few days. One of the nicest and funniest actors I have had privilege of working with.
Karan too wrote, "The feeling is mutual. I'm glad that we worked together. See you soon!
