Rate Kumar Sanu As a singer?

To me he is overrated when it come to 90's singer, limited range limited expressions nasal voice just plus point is nadeem sharavan given him some of their best compositions to sing though i like kumar sanu as a singer but he have so much limitations i can not call him something best or extra ordinary talent ever happened in 90's even though he have sang some most beautiful compositions of 90's but i feel other could have done same justice to his songs too ...i repeat i love kumar sanu songs but he is overrated as far 90's is concern thats what i feel

I love most popular Kumar Sanu songs but... he is a little overrated

Kumar Sanu is the KING of romantic songs. 👏 If anyone is over-rated it's Sonu Nigham. 🤢

I actually like Sanu.. but I feel I like him mostly because of nostalgia..

As playback voices you can compare the two. Even rate Kumar Sanu higher than Sonu. Personal preference really.

As a singer - DONT.

Sonu has a 4 octave range. His high notes as well as low notes are smooth. His grasp over complicated melodies is phenomenal. His name has always appeared before than Kumar Sanu or Udit Narayan where rendering complicated melodies is concerned. He may over do it at times but he has really pushed his bounds time and again.

@ iambest: About rating Kumar Sanu, I've not really heard him so much, so can't really rate but I love his voice. I do know that I was a. Big fan of all his songs of 1942 a love story. So for me, atleast 9/10. As a person I never really liked him. He always insulted his juniors and never inspired them. He was too bitter for my liking.

Yea. Everyone is overrated Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Shaan, KK et al. but Sonu is the best thing since sliced bread! 🥱
