It's probably a 'me thing' but I love to see the main leads fighting, ok not the hair pulling and slapping kind of thing, or swearing and proper arguments cause that goes against everything I believe in. But the silly defensive type of quarrels, like how both Maan and Geet are doing so now for egoistic measures. They're like kids at times, and that makes them cute.

The whole chapter cruised through the last few months, showing perfectly how Geet set up (her) business. Yes at times, it was hard like the Ted thing but she had Maan there for guidance, which I loved and hated ofcourse with his ego floating higher than needed. BTW you were right about his ego already surpassing the roof, I reckon its reaching for the clouds. Poor Geet, though she has her own kind of floating ego and emotions lol. But girls are allowed such things, its in the genetic makeup lol and I should know after excelling my genetic exam lol. Oh I've graduated BTW (AH), hence the disappearance and very late comment, then theres everything else in life that goes on.

The final show, oh WOW. That was something, I feel like the MASK (movie) has come in me with his SMOKING dialogue lol. Geet GEET GEET, don't know whether that's shocking, pleasing or displeasing lol. But not expected that's for sure. She's always this proper in shape type of person, who rarely lets her guard down never mind talking back. But Maan's crawled under her skin and caught her big time, or else who would have thought Geet would reply as such especially considering how guilty she felt in the initial chapters. Gosh things have changed? Or have they?

Only time would tell. But Maan's now we're even' and the curling fist, took more wisdom than strength, I suppose lol. But pleased he didn't say anything decorative or else claws would have joined, mine or Geets, I'm not too sure lol. But OUCH I did feel for Maan when Geet said that, poor him. Do you think his ego will deflate a bit, maybe a tinsy winsy bit lol. Maybe a little, for me please lol. I won't say Geet shouldn't have said that cause its natural, when in anger you don't really think, which is bad but thats humans for us. Plus Maan was asking for it for quite some time. He's been harassing her, though I do feel for him. It must be hard to think of yourself as rejected, he's taken far too hard on himself. Maybe he should reflect on it now, and think from her prospective. With age on his side, I'm sure he's thinking would differ and maybe even realise that she was right in her own way.

PS. When I said hit list, I literally mean hit list lol, as in hand to face hit list lol. I can get physical sometime lol, not my fault, force of habit. I'm one of those jazz-hand girls lol, as in my hands move along with my mouth. I can't stop (help me) lol. Also because I can't afford a contact killer with my measly savings as my student grant was spent on rent, bills etc. As for memories, they're like short films that cloud the memory ever so often letting you live in that time frame for a while. I so wish at times I could just freeze in my childhood, but we can't, O well so is life.

Hope you are better now and how's your baby, sorry for not asking about her often ❤️

Wow!

There were so many things happening here; it was a voyage of sorts!

Geet feeling guilty of causing him pain; beating herself over it.

Raya and Ananya came at the right time for her.

Somewhere she lacks conviction in herself but her friends agreeing with her helped her get over at least half the pain.

It is a purity of her heart that she wants to apologize to him though she does not entirely believe she was wrong. My little fence dweller, lol.

The scene that stole my heart was when she fell in love with the babys eyes. Haiye! And he just had to walk in and see her like that!

How many hurts can a heart hold, how many dreams that never came true?

I feel for him! Yes I know no one asked him to fall in love but how was the heart to know?

Despite it all they work together well. He is proud of her and that also shows the depth of his love.

He opens up to her about his victory and for a moment everything is forgotten in happiness.

The abyss of pain when she gets hurt and then when she calls him Sir, ooh you made me senti Mari. I want to put my arms around him and tell him it is going to get better. If Geet doesn't want him I am here, lol.

Try as he wants it can't break the pull he feels for her.

I am glad he ignored her for a while in between.

It made her think of him and realise she wants him around.

Can we dance at an apology dinner?

Loved the update. I liked that Raya and Anaya could tell something was off with Geet and they made things better by allowing her to speak about it. Also liked that she took the initiative to apologise to Maan and he was taken aback by it. Their dancing in the rain moment was perfect until Maan's reaction but I loved the way he tried to redeem him. Fantastic job as always. Looking forward to what is in store next.
