I have been watching all the episodes and even I haven't understood, because it's too stupid!
I guess my brain has got something like understanding frequency akin to hearing frequency.
If things are too stupid, I don't follow them 🤣
But Chander knows that Raj and Preet love each other. So he wants to see them pining for each other and miserable. That's how he wants to extract his revenge.
