Dont know much about the RiKara and RuVya connections to the respective chapters of Shiv Parvati or shiv Maha kali

Btw wasnt shiv parvati union wished because it was said that their offspring would destroy a demon.? Similarly I think Om got Gauri home to defeat Swetlana -another parallel

I too feel that Annika had qualities of sati,parvathi,and kali... upto seperation of shivika Annika was like sati who leaved shiv for his sake ... From the beggining itself shivaay is like lord shiva who doesn't know wat is love and emotions and like sati..Annika entered shivaay's life... and both run away from their feelings in the begginning but like sati it was annika who realised the love first and tried to build up their relationships...after annika leaved shivaay gone to self destructive mode and live with no emotions at all... and there re entered Annika like parvathi and woo him back... like parvathi Annika will too have face so much problems in becoming his fully...and Annika too had kali in her... if someone touches saahil or shivaay she will become kali...

In Omkara and gauri's story...its more like durga than shiv parvathi... its gauri who protects Omkara most of the time...in that case she is durga... but when it comes to their relationship it's shiv parvathi... its more like devotion than love...devotion comes first and then falling in love...

But in Ruvya case...i really can't relate it to mahakali because kali is the destroyer which cannot be stopped by anyforce...maybe we will see her that side in coming episodes...

like you said most references are Shivika to Shiv & Sati (we also got separation - like Shiv & Sati, where ShivJi goes into destruction mode and the preserver resorts to making peace- OmRu bring back Anika and this time she comes back and plays "Parvati" sacrifice done- and poves her love to Shivaay.)

While in case of Rikara story started from Parvati and Omkara(Another story- why Omkara)

Omkara is the name which highlights Lord Shiva's meditative and truth (the self- ) exactly where rikara's journey begins. They had explicitly showed the parallelism in DBo.

More than that I feel Shivaay strongly represents the Anger -"Destroyer" form of Lord shivaay.

Many many examples i can give to that.

-Anika-Daksh- Pinky- and finally the world(himself) at separation track.

While Omkara represents the meditative and "truth" form of Shiva.

but when the meditation is hindered we see the Rudra roop- when Om turns stone until Parvati comes into his life.

Rudra's character- I have to still read and look better.

The other stories being of Rama & Siya and Krishna.

Rudra is more like the Krishna.

Love isn't that! And a mother's love certainly not.

You are asking something in return for that?

There have been many examples in Hindu Mythology, whenever a Bhakt does Tapasya, he gets what he deserves, but when he gets greedy for more he gets the worse of all punishments. (But, also later he has the greatest of transformations. ) Especially the Shiv-Puran has many instances of the same.

Though "Shivaay's" Character has truly lived up to the name.

The Destroyer & The Protector.

He will destroy his relationship with "Maa".

And there will be the re-birth of the relationship.

Everyone is flawed, Everyone.

When the flaws come to light they are ugly.

But a flawed has to be loved to transform the flaws into Beautiful.
