One scene was

Geet went to temple with dadima and Asmita but geet met with an accident as sahil pushed her down the staircase

Bout the clue u gave

It is when geet us trying to feed Gaurav n maansi but they both hide afterwards Maan come n make them eat

Sanchita n Asmita come n ask about the nicknames vice versa
