The beginning was a bit cut off in the video.

Scene starts with Vikram talking to his mother. He tells her he knows the truth. She is alarmed. He tells her he knows the truth that has destroyed his parents fortune to ill-fortune. He says he will change the lines of ill-fortune.

At Pandey residence, Taiji is talking to Sanya telling her that Kashinath Pandey is responsible for everything. Everyone is a puppet in his hands and she will slowly realize that. She says that Aditya was not responsible but Kashinath is. He threw Aditya out for having his own thoughts.

Banu pratab is happy that his son will join him in going against Kashinath. Maya begs for pardon for Vikram asking Banu to leave him out of this. But Banu disagrees.

Night scene. Vikram in his room and Vrinda in hers. Both remembering their past together against the background song Do Pal from Veer Zaara.
Maya advises Vikram to leave Benaras and forget about the past and to think of his own happiness.

Sharada sees Vrinda sitting and advises her to go to bed. Vrinda asks her why the people of Benaras don't understand Kashinath after all he has done for them. Sharada tells her that when people come to love Kashinath they begin to hate themselves. Intelligent people control this hatred. Others let the hatred control them and Kashinath becomes the target of hatred. Truth has a heavy price to pay. Vrinda says that the Pandey family has paid a price for truth too, they have lost Aditya and Raashi. Sanya overhears this and wonders who this Raashi is.

Krishna calls Vikram to enquire what has happened between him and Vrinda. Vikram tells her that their eyes met but outlook has separated. He says that Kashinath is wrong but she doesn't accept it. Krishna tells him that a curtain has fallen on his eyes too. He has not understood Kashinath and that her kashmir ki kali Vrinda turn you into a cactus😆.

At the breakfast table, the Pandey's are bonding. Taiji is watching from above. Kashinath tells them that he has tried to do full justice to Jagat. Whatever he was capable of , he did. What was not in his control also he did by placing a stone on his heart. So if Jagat still trust Banu over him then he is helpless. Kashinath tells them that good times will return to them. Just as spring returns colour to the leaves after autumn. Sanya looks forward to that.

Krishna tells Vrinda that the whole house was in trouble and she was just absorbed and lost in her own filmi world but Vrinda appeases her.

Vrinda talks to the doctor from the mental hospital where Raashi is staying. Vrinda tells the doctor that she is Raashi's sister. The doctor wants some family member to come and visit Raashi as her condition is not improving. Vrinda assures the doctor she will come. Vrinda decides not to inform the family about this matter as they are already worried as it is.
