No Soumya is not alive that's for sure...The keys might be of her locker where maybe any of her belongings or handwritten letter is kept...

I don't think so, Manish knew about the keys were for, if he knew Saumya was alive and still happily moved in with Suvarna, it would mean that Karthik is right about Manish putting Suvarna above Saumya.
