Next day when Dr Ram came to hospital and asked about Dr Ishita Receptionist told him that she is in her cabin. He went to her cabin. He knocked at the door three times but he didn't receive any response and entered her cabin only to see her sleeping keeping her head on the table. He was first lost in her beautiful face who was sleeping peacefully. Some hair strands were falling on her face every now and then due to open window irritating her. He slowly went to window and close it only to hear "Thank you Tai from her in her sleepy voice. Then he went to her, a hair strand was on her face and in a lost state he was about to remove that but she herself remove it and slept again which breaks his trance. Then he composed himself and got angry to see her sleeping in hospital in working hours. He was about to shout when Sunita came in and he looked at her who signed him to be silent. She took him outside and told him that last day she didn't even reach her home when there came an emergency and she was working whole night. She just went to home to get ready for the day and came back to hospital. So don't disturb her. He nodded and left to have a round of patients. He was going but then went to her cabin to take reports of the patients.

Ram was taking files when a paper weight fall down breaking her sleep. She woke up with a jerk due to sudden sound and saw Dr Ram standing there with files. She thought that again he will shout on her as she was sleeping but to her surprise he said sorry making her shocked.

Dr Ram-Sorry.

I-What? What did u say?

Dr Ram-I said what u heard.

I-I can't believe it.

Dr Ram-Listen I agree that I shouted on u yesterday unnecessarily but it doesn't mean I will misunderstand u always.

Ishita was about to say something but her mobile alarm ringed which reminded her that she have to go to check the emergency case patient.

I-Leave it. I have to go. And u don't have to go on rounds. I will keep a check on the patient. I transferred my appointments to u so just attend them. This is the list of patients and their files r already in ur cabin. If u have any doubt or confusion then u can call me.

She was going saying this when he said in the flow,

R-But I don't have ur number so how will I call u.

I-Excuse me. Call means not phone call. We r here in same hospital so call me when u need any help, Bula lena.

She turned to go but something clicked in her mind and turned back and said,

I-By the way, U can ask my number from my father, Mr Vishvanathan Iyer. I think u know him.

Ishita said this to know if he knows Mr Iyer or not while Raman was shocked with her sudden question but composed himself as he didn't know why she is saying that he knows Mr Iyer so said looking at the list trying to behave normal,

Dr Ram-Of course I know him. He is the trustee of this hospital.

Saying so he left to save himself from her questions.

I-Sirf yahi bat hai ya kuch or. Yeh Dr Ram ke words unki activities se bilkul nhi milte. Don't know. Leave it Ishita. Just focus on ur work.

She went out thinking. It was lunch timing when as usual Ishita, Ritika and Nitika gathered for lunch in Ishita's cabin only. Ishita was trying hard but again and again she was thinking about Dr Ram's behaviour and to add fuel to her rising doubts, till now Dr Ram didn't ask her for any query related to patients. This shows that how perfectly he managed all like a professional regular doctor. Ritika and Nitika saw her and asked but she said nothing serious. Trio had their lunch and left for their duties.

After half an hour, Ishita was busy in doing some tests of a patient when a nurse came and said that Laxmi is having sudden pain (same woman whose divorce case was going on and Ishita hided her reports.) Ishita couldn't leave the current patient and asked the nurse to call Dr Ram and asked him to check her. She will come in 5 minutes. Nurse left and called Dr Ram. He went to check her while Ishita completed the tests fast and left to the ward of Laxmi only to see Dr Ram had already handled everything very well in just 5 min and Laxmi was fine now, much to her surprise. A nurse saw her and informed that she is better now. Ishita moved to Laxmi and asked if she is ok. That's when Laxmi's lawyer arrived and informed that she got divorce with permanent custody of her upcoming baby. All happily congratulate her.

One of the nurse said,

Nurse-Wow kya news mili hai. Celebration to banta hai.

Another nurse-Of course celebration to banta hai, hamesha ki celebrate karenge, yahi hospital mein Laxmi ke sath, haina Dr Ishita.

Ishita-News bhi good hai or celebration bhi banta hai. But kya hai na ab sab kuch vaisa nhi rha. Mere senior, Dr Ram vo bhi mere jaise same field mein specialist vapas iss hospital mein aa gaye hai so ab main nhi yeh btayenge ki humhe kya karna hai or kab kyu or kaise. Ab main bolungi ki yes celebrate karte hai or phir Dr Ram kahenge ki nhi yehhospital hai yaha yeh sab nh chalega, patients ko pareshani hogi and etc etc. So it's not good to get scolded every time for me.

She said looking at nurses in a teasing tone but from the corner of her eyes she was seeing him. Raman was looking at her without expressions and left without saying anything. Everyone's face fell but Ishita smiled and said,

I-Itna sad kyu ho gaye?

Nurse-Dr Ram kabhi haa nhi karenge hospital mein celebration k liye.

I-Tum sab bhot achche se jaante ho unhe. Koi nhi. Ha bhi karenge or celebration ki taiyari bhi karenge.

Nurse-Iss janam mein to possible hai nhi, shayad agle janam mein ho sake.

I-Let's see.

She said and left after congratulating Laxmi once again. All were confused what's going to happen as they know Dr Ram as well as Dr Ishita, Dr Ram is not that type that he will allow party in hospital and Dr Ishita is that type that she will make it possible.

It was evening, the shift was get over and all were about to go when the news spread that Laxmi's ward is decorated. Many nurses and ward boys gathered there and saw Dr Ram himself decorated the ward and there was a cake also surprising all. Soon a nurse went to call Ishita who was collecting her things to go home. Both went to the ward where Sunita Tai along with all doctors whose shift completed were collected there as it's a big thing that Dr Ram did something like this. She smiled fully. Soon Laxmi cut the cake and all had a little congratulating her. There was no music or more noise as it was hospital, just a cake cutting with lots of wishes. Soon all left wishing her. Ashsuni group also came and congratulate Laxmi in their over sweet way to show Dr Ram that they r good. Ishika group and Sunita Tai shook their head in disbelief seeing their nautanki while Dr Ram smiled seeing their expressions, especially Sunita Tai and Ishita. Sunita Tai whose nature is like an open book who can clearly read the nature of people by their faces in some time only and who use to say it on their face without any fakeness, she was making irritated cute faces while Ishita who used to ignore or avoid these type of people who always fake their nature according to situation and being JKR she always got angry to see such people and right now trying to control her anger with a cute facial expression. Dr Ram smiled seeing both. Trio were standing in line, first Dr Ram, second Sunita Tai, third Ishita and then her friends. Dr Ram gave a side hug to Sunita Tai and said,

Dr Ram-U r so cute Tai. Looking so beautiful in this cute angry expression.

Tai(hitting his arm lightly and smiling)-Chal hat pagal, Aaj Tai par bda pyaar aa rha hai.

Dr Ram-Chalo aap hasi to sahi. Otherwise gusse se laal ho gayi thi aap.

Ishita also heard their convo and got surprised to see this side of Dr Ram. She was looking at Laxm who was happy now getting free of the clutches of a bad man but her ears were sharp to hear their convo.

Tai-Gussa to aayega hi na, Yeh teeno kitne bade nautanki baaz hai. Tu in teeno par nazar rakhna or..

She was saying but stopped in mid realising what she was about to say while Ishita also heard it and got confused that what she was about to say and what it meant but didn't show it on her face that she heard it. Tai changed it,

Tai-Vaise in teeno ki nautanki par gusaa aa rha tha par kisi or ne jo aaj nautanki ki hai usse soch kar hasi aa rhi hai.

Dr Ram-Or kiski nautanki par hasi aa rhi hai aapko?

Ishita heard it and was about to go to Laxmi when Tai held her hand and said,

Tai-Tu kaha chali?

I-Kahi nhi Tai. Yahi to hu.

Tai-Ha to ruk. Teri nautanki ke bare mein bhi to batane de.Ha to Ram.. hmm. Dr Ram, aaj tum ne yeh sab jo kia hai, tumhe pta hai sab bol rhe hai ki tum change ho gaye ho. To iss change ka karan jaanna bhi jaruri hai.

Dr Ram-What? Me and changed? And about what reason u r talking?

He asked getting curious to know as he was getting it that somewhere Dr Ishita is behind all this looking at Dr Ishita who was getting nervous but trying to behave normal.

Tai-Vo reason hai Dr Ishita.

She said and Ishita closed her eyes being caught while Raman looked at her confused waiting for explanation. Tai continued,

Tai-Tumne yeh sab kyu kia?

Dr Ram-Kyonki Dr Ishita ne sabke saamne bola ki main aisa kuch kar nhi sakta to yeh to direct challenge jaisa tha, isliye maine kia.

Tai(miling)-Vo Dr Ishita ki reverse psychology thi. Right Dr Ishita.

I-Tai, kya aap bhi. Aap meri tai hai ya uski?

Tai-Tum dono ki tai hu tabhi to usse sach btaya ki ab koi hai jo usse competition de rha hai.

Dr Ram-Ab to sach mein lag rha hai ki bhot tagda competition hai. Kya main jaan sakta hu ki yeh sab kyu kia aapne Dr Ishita.

He said standing in front of her while she was looking another side and trying to supress her smile. He was waiting for answer but she didn't reply and he asked again,

I-Ha to aapne apne kabhi notice kia hai ki jabse aap aaaye hai is hospital mein tab se kitna khof paida ho gaya hai sab mein. Sab shant shant rahte hai. Arey life mein thoda to enjoyment hona chahiye na.

Dr Ram-Arey to saf saf pooch lia hota. Shayad main ha kar deta.

I-Ha karne se thodi hi sab aapse darna bandh kar dete.

Dr Ram-Kya??

I(smiling)-Ha to ab koi poore din sadu banker ghoomega or akdu jaise bat karega to sab dar kar hi rahenge na. Ab dekho sab ne kitna appreciate kia aapko. May be first kisi ne aapko sadu roop mein nhi dekha.

Before they could talk something more, her friends called Ishita and Tai for clicking selfies with Laxmi, she left leaving a smiling Dr Ram who smiled on her comment. He turned only to see them clicking pics together. They were busy when he said,

Dr Ram-Ab itnimehnat ki hai maine to mere sath bhi thodi pics click karlo. Ab itna bhi sadu nhi hu.

He said looking at Ishita who smiled looking at him for giving back to her. All got surprised and called him. He clicked soeselfies in his mobile with all and especially with Tai who pulled Ishita in their sefie also. At last all called it off and left to their homes.

At night, Ishita slept thinking of Dr Ram's strange behaviour and his different sides, sometimes hard and sometimes soft that is only with Tai. Ishita even asked Mr Iyer about Dr Ram who also told same thing that he know him as he had worked here earlier as Dr Ram/Raman had already informed Mr Iyer that Ishita asked him about this.

At the other side, Dr Ram/Raman slept thinking of Ishita and Ishita's comments.

That's all for this part. I had already informed u all in summary that Dr Raman is Dr Ram only but I will write Dr Ram mostly here till the truth will out so Raman's character will be here only. Waiting for reviews.
