Based on the updates I've read and episodes I've watched, I believe Dharma's love for Nandhini is greater than Nandhini's love for Dharma. Dharma has said that even if God were to come down to earth and accuse Nandhini of being a murderer she will not believe it. Whereas Bindusar, through Helena's manipulation easily believed that the mother who saved his life twice, raised him since his infancy and showered as much love as she can on him, murdered his mother (who he has never known) leading to him planning and executing her murder as revenge. I believe that if the situation arises Nandhini may side with Bindusar and not Dharma.
Nandhini's love for and connection to Bindusar is unique, it represents the deep friendship, love and respect she has for DD. I wouldn't be surprised if Nandhini, once she regains her memory hides the truth of Bindusar's attempt at her life. Nandhini's love for Bindusar is one where no matter what he does she will always forgive him.
Chandra, on the other hand, knows his son inside and out. He wants for Bindusar to learn and earn his way to his rightful place as emperor. When he first met Dharma he was reminded of Nandhini. He has already chosen Dharma's word over Bindusar's and I wouldn't be surprised if he will do it again.
Helena, Apma and all other villains aside, if CN get further involved in Bindusar and dharma's tussle (current or future) do you think their respected views/love of Bindu/Dharma will cause problems between themselves?
Since the leap has taken place and there is no way of going back on it, I would rather the cvs give us more complex relationship based drama that further pushes these actors to give us their best than this nonsense groom/bride swap melodrama đ
