Sonu Nigam (singer), Rahul Roy (of Aashiqui fame) and Hussain (TV actor) (Sumeet of Kumkum) survived a freak accident, which could have been extremely dangerous had the three of them not been blessed and lucky on Wednesday night (July 20) in Kabul.
They were in Afghanistan to perform in the Concert-e-Dostana show. However, the concert had to be abandoned within an-hour-and-a-half, as the stage Sonu was singing on collapsed. While a few people suffered minor injuries, Sonu suffered a strain to his lower back. Rahul Roy and Hussain escaped without a scratch.
