Pyaar ke do naam ek radha, ek shaym, but Kaira are pyaar ke bahut naam. They are so many ways they love.

1. Little things matter: Karthik tells Naira about his sweet dream and Naira not only takes time to listen to them, but puts in efforts to fulfill them. They have a huge amount of happiness from little things, like how happy they were to dance on Alka ji 's songs.

2. Each other above themself: Yes there were times where Naira misunderstood Karthik. There were times were Karthik was angry because of that mistrust. But at the end, Naira did realize Karthik had no fault and Karthik too realized that Naira was right in her own place. Both placed each other above themselves.

3. Being yourself: After Akshara passed away, I had seen Naira let her tears fall only in front of Karthik, for her mother when they went to the lehenga shop. When Karthik spoke about his past to Naira for the first time he broke down, both have let each other see their vulnerable side. You usual let only those people to see you broken, who know won't judge you, who you trust will support you in any way they can, even if it is by simply wiping your tears, hearing you out or hold you as you break.

4. Disappointment: Has anyone noticed the disappointment Naira's eyes held when she saw Karthik with the guy who she had heard had bad intentions for her father's company or the disappointment in Karthik's eyes when Naira refused to come home to GV after forgiving Mansi. We are only disappointed with only people who we have hopes from, and we have hopes only from those we trust and love.

5. No ego: One of the best things about Kaira, they have never ever let their ego above their love. They have always apologized for every mistake they make.

6. 10 times effected: It effects you more when a person you love the most ends up hurting you. During Akshara's accident Karthik was most angry and unforgiving to Naira (though he did understand her situation and forgave her within a day of coming out of jail), same when Naira got to know of Mansi's involvement and getting to know Karthik and Akhilesh, probably even other Goenkas knew it, she was most angry at Karthik, even after forgiving Mansi. (Though yes her anger went down soon and they both apologized to one another under the shower.

7. Not just you: Karthik doesn't just love Naira but bonds very well Singhanias and Maheshwari's also. Naira also has grown a good bond with most of the family. Of course it isn't really good one, since one of the story main line is Naira bonding with Goenkas and becoming their beti from bahu, but still their relation is good enough, that if their is some crises the can depend on each other.

8. Yearning: We have seen Kaira yearn for each other. When Karthik proposes and Naira runs away, he yearns for her answer. When Naira realises her feelings, Naira yearns to tell Karthik her feelings, (well until Gayu's feelings come in front of the family)

9. Everything is fine if you are there: After Naksh's accident, when Karthik comes back to Singhania house, Kaira themselves admit to each other that when the other is there, they automatically find things turning better.
