Kartik to come face-to-face with a shocking truth in Star Plus' Yeh Rishta...

Star Plus' popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director's Kut) has been witnessing fun and frolic at the pre-wedding celebrations of Naksh (Rishi Dev) and Keerti (Mohena Singh).

Well, now it is time for some drama!!

Yes, and it will be high-voltage drama is what we hear, with a buried past of Goenkas' getting revealed!!

In the coming episodes, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) will come face to face with the truth of Kartik's mother's ailment. For all the time, Kartik has not considered Swarna (Parul Chauhan) to be his real mother. He has always kept something about his real mom to himself. He has had anger towards his father for not taking care of his mother.

Now, the truth will be out.

As per sources, "Naira will hit upon some crucial medical reports which will give her a shocker. The papers will indicate and will be proof enough to the mental ailment that Kartik's mother would have been suffering from.

The episodes will also have Kartik getting to know of this fact and this will come as a big shock for him.

Amidst all this, the Goenkas will have a maun vrat (being in a silent phase) at home, in order to welcome happiness in the family. And on the day when he has to keep silent, Kartik will get to know of this earth-shattering truth.

How will Kartik react?

We buzzed the actors, but did not get through to them.

Fun at Kirti Naksh wedding celebration? The only fun was the Kaira false alarm track.

Maun vrat? Would Surekha or for that matter even Kaira be able to keep mum for long.
