I went and literally re-watched the episode twice to pay attention to juhi's story told by neil and GM, as things are pretty confusing, and this is everything that I noted and pieced together in order:
1: Neil says he met Juhi on Ganesh chaturthi. She was taking her maid's daughter to hospital, and she got stuck in the religious procession. She was shouting at the crowd to tell them to let her pass to save the girl's life, but they ignored her. Neil was passing by and saw her, as well as helped her get past the crowd, and after that they became good friends.
2: Neil recalls that he was leaving to London to do his MBA for business, and so he wanted to meet her the day before he left, but he got late and she was there waiting for him.
3: In the meantime, whilst she was waiting for neil, neil says that someone (now we know it was DD) tried to steal juhi's purse, and it was a hit and run case.
4: Guru maa then says that everything would have ended for Juhi that day if she didn't save her, and that she saved her from the bad sight of the world. Her (Juhi's) world changed after she collided with her (guru maa's) car. Then she says she was agnry at her that juhi went to meet someone without asking her after everything she has done for her (referring to the fact that she went to avni's house whose husband is the acp), as if you guys remember, right at the beginning of the episode, guru maa was angry after she found out from that man that meher had gone to the acp's house. Guru maa says that she saw something in Juhi when she saw her for the first time and called her kohinoor, and so decided to keep her.
5: Neil says he wasn't even able to recognise her body, whilst on the other hand, guru maa says she hid juhi from the world by putting a dead body in her place and made the dead body wear her clothes, and since then, she was hers. This confirms that day when juhi was waiting for neil and was robbed by dd, then hit by the car whilst running, was the first time guru maa met juhi and decided to keep her.
To sum things up, Guru maa uses the excuse of saving and protecting juhi from bad guys (as juhi was running from someone) to take her and keep juhi with her, as guru maa's 'dandha' has always been kidnapping girls and using them in her illegal business, where with juhi she clearly found the excuse of protecting her to take her and make juhi subservient to her, as guru maa saw something in juhi that she thought she could use to her profit making advantage. The truth is that meher is actually juhi, but guru maa has renamed her after taking her, and proved her dead to the world. Guru maa clearly, from this episode, has no idea about juhi being in love with someone.
For people wondering why guru maa went the extra mile to put a dead body in juhi's place to prove her dead and take her, she thought that considering the situation with juhi being hit with her car, she thought if she made the world believe juhi died in that hit and run case, they wouldn't investigate her case so heavily as being a missing case, and it would be easier for her to keep juhi if the world considered her dead.
