Confirmed : rajkumar rao to romance aishwarya in fanney khan.

Rajkummar Rao is on a roll these days.
An actor, who loves to experiment with
roles on screen, has landed a dream
project. The 33-year-old actor will get to
romance none other than Aishwarya
Rai Bachchan in Rakeysh Omprakash
Mehra's Fanney Khan.
It's been a while since the speculation
about Aishwarya's romantic interest in
Fanney Khan has kept her fans excited.
Earlier there were reports that she
would recreate Taal magic with Anil
Kapoor after a gap of 18 years.
However, it was later revealed that she
won't romance Anil in the film.
And now the makers have finalised
Rajkummar Rao as Aishwarya's
romantic interest in the film. Rao, who
is currently shooting for Hansal Mehta's
biographical series, Bose, in Poland,
confirmed the news to Mumbai Mirror.
He told the daily that he was recently
informed that he has bagged the role.
It is for the first time that Rao will share
screen space with Rai. And he is excited
about the project. "She's (Aishwarya)
the most beautiful woman in the world.
It's a great story, there's a lot of love,
and the content is not just entertaining
but is detailed and different. There will
be lots of workshops and readings
once I am back," he told the daily.
Fanney Khan is the Hindi adaptation of
the 2000 Dutch release, Everybody's
Famous! However, the makers have
given their own twist to the plot.
