Baadshaho leaving the sets of The Kapil
Sharma Show without shooting for the
show is the latest jolt for the ace comedian.
Kapil Sharma's ill-health has made news in
the past few months with actors like Shah
Rukh Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Paresh Rawal
leaving after coming to the sets due to last
minute cancellations. In the latest incident, it
was reported that Ajay Devgn was fuming
when he was told that Kapil will not shoot
today. It seems his phone was shut off and
even his team could not give a proper
answer. Later, reports surfaced that he
suffered a panic attack while others said he
could not wake up on time after a late night.
Ajay walked off from the sets and the rest
followed suit. (Also Read: Kapil Sharma gets

shoot last minute; leaves Ajay Devgn
fuming!)
A source close to the developments tells us
that Sony is mighty miffed with
Kapil's attitude. They feel it is highly
unprofessional on his part to send away
stars in this fashion. The source said, "The
channel is very stressed after this recent
incident. They have sent a verbal notice to
him to pull up his socks. They feel they have
been very accommodating so far but this is
quite unacceptable. This is like a warning. It
seems the head honchos had a meeting and
arrived to this decision. The show's TRPs
have taken a beating in recent times with
other reality shows like Dance Plus 3,
Khatron Ke Khiladi and Amul Sa Re Ga Ma Pa
Lil Champs taking precedence. The channel
renewed its contract recently and did not
expect this kind of behaviour from him after
the kind of support offered by the channel.
While Kapil has trashed speculations of him
suffering from depression, he did admit that
he has blood pressure issues. He said in a
Facebook chat, "It (depression) is just a big
term for me (laughs). Apart from low blood
pressure, I am not at all facing any health
issues. I have started taking care of my diet
and body. I am perfectly fine now. His co-
stars have also dismissed tales of
depression but admitted that he is under a
lot of pressure. Sumona Chakravarti earlier
told the media, "Yes his (Kapil's) health has
not been very good and the name of the
show is Kapil Sharma. Unfortunately, he is
under a lot of pressure and that's fair
enough. We all have our ups and downs in
terms of health..It happens, sometimes you
can't even afford to fall sick but the body
does take a toll so it's okay, and not like he
kept anyone waiting and everybody
understands when someone is sick, it's
genuine.
