What do you think will happen to Harjeet by the end of the show?

I think it will be redemption and death.

I wonder how on Earth someone like him can be redeemed. This is the same guy who caused his father's death, kicked his mother out of his house, supported the man who humiliated his sister, abused his wife and children, and killed his own unborn grandchild.

But I'd be very happy with his death.

Redemption , because there has been a little bit of time when I felt sorry for him. The part where after he shoots Simmi, he did that out of anger that second itself he turns into a father who lost his son. Even when everyone else was thinking about fighting he just dropped the gun and tried to register the fact that his son was dead. I also liked the part where he grieves for Raman post leap. By the way I think he will be the one to shoot Mohini. Or maybe she will convince him that Preet trapped Raj and her. That she put her blame on mohini and turned Raj and Rohan away from family. Most probably finally he will accept Preet as his son loves her and he could live with the fact that Jagan hates her. If Jagan loved his niece it would have been more difficult for him. There is a lot of chances that Harjeet could be redeemed as he is ml's father, Preet views him as a father figure, happy ending for Amrit, more chance of getting redeemed than Jagan, will care that his family would go forward by a part of Pavanya's blood i.e Simmi and Preet... Post leap he kind of realised the importance of family. Just as Chander said he values Raj more than Mohini.Raj khoon hai Harjeet ka... Most probably he and Jagan would shoot Mohini at the same time and be bffs forever.

The lady was not his mother... She is although the one who raised him and Swaroop.

I just hate Harjeet. I would never want Amrit to get back together with him but this is an Indian soap so that probably will happen if he gets redeemed.

^Exactly. I never felt sorry for him. He can grieve Raman all he likes but Raman's death was his fault. Mohini probably wouldn't have shot Raman if Harjeet didn't give her a position/importance in his household.
