Who told Shivaay and what? Missed today's half.

Who told Shivaay about NKK? And does he know about Shakti and Kamini specifically? What exactly was shown in first half today?

Shivaay recalled Anika saying to him "it doesn't make a difference to her" after Shivaay said to Anika that he remembers, after he said that he thought Anika would tell him the truth but Anika didn't tell him and reassured him that it didn't make a difference and told him that the reason she didn't tell him because she was worried he would react and told him that she thought he would breakdown and if he broke down, she breakdown too but she did mention NKK to him.

Shivaay finds Omkara and tell him he know the truth about NKK, Omkara doesn't really say anything. Rudra come and he does say to Shivaay that pinky was the reason but neither Om or Rudy tell him the truth.
