Updates for October 25 & 26

Nandini is looking at a photo of her and Karan and is sad. Mohini joins her and says that she was following Savitha blindly. But she will support Nandini henceforth. Nandini says that she does want to fight or has any intentions of seeking revenge. Mohini re-affirms again that she will support Nandini, but Nandini is not interested.

Mandira calls Tulsi from the prison. She says that Tulsi entertained Karan in Shanthiniketan so that he could be sacrificed when necessary? After all she is a stepmother. She tried her best to save Karan from Tulsi, but she had managed to brain wash him thoroughly. She says that Karan is innocent and if she lets something happen to him then she will curse Tulsi. None of her children will ever support her. She will die alone in Shanthiniketan. Tulsi tries to explain that she is feeling horrible too. But Karan confessed and ….But Mandira continues to hurl abuses and does not let Tulsi complete her explanation.

Tulsi is sad about Karan and the way Mandira thinks that she is making him a scapegoat. Baa consoles her and says that Karan knows the truth and also Thakurji.

Tulsi asks Damini to feed Bhoomi even if she refuses. Their conversation is interrupted by a phonce call from Deepak, an employee of Gujral Palace, asking Tulsi to collect something that belongs to them but was found in Gujral Palace.

Gautam and Saahil discuss business and mention Karan. Everybody is sad and says that nobody can ever replace Karan.

At Gujral Palace, Tulsi meets Deepak, who was on vacation from the day after Gujral's death. He gives a pen that belongs to Karan.Tulsi is nostalgic and remembers that she had gifted it to him on his first day at the Office. She enquires where Deepak found it and he explains. Karan was heavily drunk and Deepak was in the cloakroom along with Karan. Karan spoke about Tulsi's love for him and his devotion towards her. He also mentioned nandini and then passed out. Deepak tried to retrieve him, but Karan does not wake up. So he rushes to bring some smelling salt. It took him about two minutes to fetch it. It helped Karan a bit. Deepak then sprinkled lots of water on karan's face. He helped Karan to the lift and by then there was a commotion heard. Tulsi tries to get the time element and discovers that Karan was unconscious when Gujral was killed. She thanks Deepak for the information, asks him if he will say the same in court; he agrees. She promises to get in touch with him again soon.

Sejal is decking herself and wears bangles. Mohini walks in and reminds her about the bet and asks for the bangles. Sejal says she is going out and will give themlater. Mohini says that nobody knows what the future has in store. The bangles may get stolen, misplaced or robbed at gunpoint and insist that she haves them immediately. With a heavy heart Sejal obliges.

Tulsi meets Karan in his cell and has a show down with him. He does not disclose anything to her. She argues that he was so drunk that he was unconscious- then how could he claim on a tank to shoot? How could his aim be so faultless and how can he wipe his fingerprints of the harpoon ? Karan just insists that he killed Gujral. Then Tulsi holds up the pen that she recovered from Deepak and says he lost it when he was unconscious!! And that was at the time of murder. Whom is he trying to protect? Karan does not answer. He says that there is no way out and everything is very confusing. He asks Tulsi to stay away from it, so that she is safe. She says that she wont let her innocent son sacrifice himself. She will get to the bottom of things.

Tomorrow: Savita says that money has been lost from the safety box and this is what happens when the keys reach in the wrong hands. Damini says that the money might have been spent by someone with Nandini listening and seeming very upset and mad. Savita contends that who knows, maybe it is missing, maybe someone spent it or manybe someone stole it (looking towards Nandini) saying that there have been criminals in this house and Nandini gets really mad and approaches Savita

Mohini tries to act as if she is supporting Nandini in fighting against Savita,but Nandini brushes her off by saying she is not against anyone and needs no help.

Tulsi goes to Mansingh and asks him questions abt the case.At first Mansingh refuses to answer,saying tht case is closed and Karan is guilty…so its waste of probing further.but tulsi requests him to give her a last chance.Mansingh tells her tht only the Viranis could have murdered Gujral b'coz the Viranis were the only enemies of gujral in the party.Tulsi is shocked to hear this.she says tht Karan is innocent and she will definitely prove it.

Tulsi walks away dejected and lost in thoughts..alone in the dark roads.She keeps thinking tht if the murderer is one of the family..then why they are keeping quiet and not speaking the truth?She sees a temple and enters.Tulsi pryas to God to give her the strength to find out the truth and to save her son.Then while climbing down the steps..Tanya,who was passing by,sees Tulsi very tensed.

Tanya asks Tulsi why she is tensed.Tulsi tells her the whole story of how she came to know that Karan is not guilty.She narrates how Deepak (man in gujral palace) gave his witness of being with the drunk Karan at the time of murder.and also tht someone in theVirani family is only framing Karan.She feels ashamed to say so tht one of her family member is responsible for this.

Tanya is very happy and relieved to hear tht Karan is innocent.She suggests Tulsi to tell this fact to Nandini.But tulsi advises against it.Tanya wonders whether tulsi is hinting at Nandini to be the murderer…?Tulsi replies tht she is not thinking like tht…but is scared tht if she tells any1 in the house abt this..the killer might become alert and she doesn't want tht.Tanya says she will also support tulsi in finding out the truth.

At home..Savita comes to dining room with accounts book and says tht while tulsi was away,thr was a problem in accounts and some money is missing.She taunts NAndini tht it is the result of giving keys in an irresponsible person.Damini defends by saying tht the money could have been spent.Savita continues saying tht it cud have been spent or…even stolen.Nandini gets angry and is just abt to burst…but Damini suddenly says she took the money frm Nandini to pay the fees in school and forgot to enter it in the record.Savita leaves..

Mohini again praises Savita for keeping Nandini in her place…but Savita tells she knows how to deal with everybody including Mohini.

Gautam and Saahil discuss abt business and while conversing they mention abt Karan handling business…and then realize tht karan is not thr..Ganga feels bad and says th Karan is in jail and no one can take Karan's place.she leaves.

Mihir is in hall and is very sad.Gautam goes and asks him abt the business.but MIhir replies tht presently he is not interested in thinking abt anything.Gautam tells him tht he knows he is thinking abt Karan…but like this business will stop…and even Karan wud not want this to happen.Mihir cries and hugs Gautam

Later..all get assembled in thehall and get worried for tulsi..tht she has not yet come.Savita says tht she did not even bother to call them up and inform them whr she is.She says tht tulsi doesn't care for any1.Nandini tells her tht Tulsi wud surely have got stuck into some problem…otherwise she wud have called them.Savita tells her not to interfere and tht whther now she (savita) has to get permission frm younger ppl to get worried or not.

Baa asks them not fight.

Tulsi enters just then.Everyone asks her why she d come so late.But Tulsi doesn't reply properly and leaves.

She sits in the dark and thinks abt Karan telling her not to get involved in this matter as she will find only darkness whrever she sees.Tulsi thinks tht Karan was right nd can see only darkness.she wants to find out the truth..but cannot find a way to do it so.

She observes the lightning in the sky and wonders why such a light shd be thr…which will exist only for a few min and eill eventually lead to darkness.Baa hears this and tells her tht in darkness…little light also will help to find a way.

Baa asks her why she is so worried.Tulsi tells her tht she is worried abt Karan.But Baa tells her tht she can read her mind and the matter is something else.Tulsi thinks to herself tht Baa is right..but she cnt tell anything to her now…

Tulsi asks Baa wht to choose if thr is a choice btw truth and relations?Baa replies tht though relations are very important…thr is nothing greater than truth..so she she shd support the truth.Baa leaves and tulsi thanks Baa in her mind for showing her the way.She decides to find out the truth no matter wht happens
