You have described the helplessness and pain of these two characters so well. One side there is a melancholy Chandni during her wedding preparations, aching for her childhood best friend, the one she thought she would spend the rest of her life with. And on the other side is the 'alter ego', if you will, of said best friend who has come back to exact revenge built upon deceit and lies. But he is constantly fighting the Dev within him...it's evident as soon as this 'dance of seduction' starts.

He starts off wanting to through her off-kilter, see her reactions, be in control and while the out facade of being the dominant in this little dance stays, he's in turmoil inside. She's throwing him off-kilter too! 😳😆

The way you wrote this OS - it read like a slow-burn romance and you were building that tension higher and higher only to not even give us an AdNi kiss! Kya yaar. But I'm kidding, I know a kiss at this stage would make no sense. A fangirl can dream tho 🤣

Love how by the end of it, when Advay was just as affected as her (if not more), he 'laughed at both their plights' 😆 Very fitting.

Thank you Aish for this lovely write up, depicting their inner turmoil, the bittersweet memories tugging at the heartstrings and the first steps to an everlasting relationship where there will be no place for deceit, betrayal and regret. Loved it to the core
