"This is our house Geet puttar." YashRaj said when the car entered through the main gate, Geet looked outside through the window and amazed seeing the huge mansion. As the car stopped near the gate YR said, "Come Geet Puttar." Geet looked at her side when she saw without saying anything Maan gets down from the car.

With hesitation, she gets down and proceeded towards the entrance, "Relax Puttar. I know you are worried as no one knows here about the marriage but I'll explain them everything. So, relax." YR comforted her and asked her to proceed.

Maan and Geet walked inside when seeing her son arrived Gayatri ran to him and hugged him, "Where were you Maan? I was so worried for you. You went to Amritsar for your business project and then suddenly you called your dad there.. I was so tensed for you both." She said caressing her son's face when she saw Geet standing beside him. "Who? Who's this girl?" She curiously asked looking at Maan.

Maan looked back at Geet and moved his eyes to his dad who said, "Gayatri.. She's Geet."

"I see.. But why is she here Yash jee?"

"She's Maan's wife."

"WHAT..!" She gasped in shock. "Wife? What's your dad saying Maan?" She asked to Maan fuming who stood there silently. "Maan I need an answer from you."

Maan looked up at his mother saying, "Yes mom.. Dad is right. I got married with her but I will explain you everything. Just listen to me once please." His mother looked on. "Last week, Geet got married with Dev but in a accident he died."

"So?? Uska pati mar gaya then what's your fault in it?" Gayatri asked fuming.

"Mom.. I was responsible for his accident." Maan said looking down. "Dev is my partner in Amritsar project. That night, we were coming back from construction site, that day was raining badly and I was driving the car but unfortunately due to some technical problem, I had lost control over the car and it badly crashed with a truck but thankfully I injured merely but Dev.. He lost his life right there." Maan said while tear rolled down from his eyes, even Geet was crying badly.

"But it wasn't your fault, that was just an accident."

"But Gayatri, his family isn't so modern, they started to bad mouth Geet puttar and forced them to get married as they believe for Maan they lost their son and now as their son isn't alive so they don't want Geet to stay with them." YR explained the rest story.

"So, that means it's force marriage right..? Then great, today itself I'll call our lawyer and will ask him to make divorce papers. This girl can't be my Maan's wife.. Look at her Yash jee.. She isn't perfect for our family. No.. No.. This girl can't stay with us." Gayatri said and was going to call her lawyer when they heard Dadi saying "Wait Gayatri.."

Everyone looked at her when she came to Maan Geet. "Did you ever ask Maan what he wants?" Dadi asked looking at Maan.

"What do you mean mummyji? I know my son. It was forced on him." Gayatri said rolling her eyes.

"I don't believe it. Maan isn't a small kid whom people whatever will ask, he will do.. And they are married now, who are you to break their relation. Bhagwan chahte hai iss liye yeh rishta hua.. How much will you try, you can't separate them so it will be better if you accept her." Dadi said looking at Gayatri and then she turned at Geet saying, "Look at her, kitni soni kudi hai.. She's looking perfect with our Maan."

"Mummyji.. You can accept her but I can't." Gayatri said and was going to leave when she looked at Maan with a thought that he will take her side, but he didn't say anything so she left thinking, "At any cost.. I won't let you enter in my son's life.. He married with you but he will never give you that place in his life.. I promise Geet."

Once Gayatri left, Geet looked on crying while Maan was going to leave when Dadi said, "No Maan beta.. Wait here.. Let me do aarthi of you both." saying this Dadi asked a servant to bring the aarthi thal and then she did post rituals and welcome the newly weds.

"Geet puttar.. Yeh humari khandani kangan hai." Dadi said making her wear the pair of bangle, "Though this ritual should be performed by your mother-in-law but.." she said looking down, "But it's okay.. I am like your maa." she said kissing her forehead. "You must be tired, go and take some rest. Maan take her with you." Maan and Geet looked at each other embarrassed.

Geet walked in her new room which is filled with Maan's photos, there's a king size bed placed in the middle, one side has a wardrobe, other side has dressing table and a small couch placed at a corner. She was admiring the things there when she heard thud voice, she turned and saw Maan entering in washroom.

Geet slowly walked to the mirror and looked herself again in bridal attire when tears escaped from her eyes remembering her first marriage. She collapsed on the floor crying but sensing she's at new place, she composed herself. Geet wiped her tears when she noticed the bangles, Geet recalled Dadi's words and removed them when she saw Maan walked out from washroom, they looked at each other for few times when Maan was the bangles on the table, he asked "Why didn't you wear them?"

"I have no right on them. I know I am forced on you and you didn't accept me as your wife so there's no use to wear those things.." she said looking down.

Maan knew they both need time to accept each other and it will definitely take time so he didn't say anything and walked towards the sofa while Geet went inside washroom.

After a while she walked out wearing a white kurti, and looked at Maan who was busy in phone, she was going to leave when she heard him saying, "Yes this is the first time, I am going to do this. Don't worry.. I will do it carefully.. Yeah.. Bye good night." Saying this Maan turned and saw Geet was standing nervous.

"Do you need anything?" He asked.

"No." Saying this she quickly walked towards the bed but he mind kept thinking about his words, she kept looking at Maan who was busy in works.

Seeing him working, Geet sighed in relief but another thoughts occurred on her mind, about her ex husband Dev. She was thinking about their times which they spend after marriage, though that was arrange marriage but they started loving each other. Geet was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't realized Maan called him many times.

"Geet.." Again he called her but she didn't notice, Maan saw the file kept beside her which he needed for his work and here Geet isn't responding, so he leaned beside her slightly to collect the file when sensing Maan near to her, Geet looked at her side and immediately pushed him shouting, "How dare you to touch me?"

"Geet I.." Maan was going to explain but Geet slapped him without hearing him which made him furious.

"You all men are same.. One side you are showing to everyone that I forced on you that you didn't accept me and other side you are making dirty things in your mind.. Chee..!" She said disgusted. "What do you want haan, my body..! Agar aaj aap mere jism ko hasil kar bhi lete nah, phir bhi mere dil tak pohoch nahi pate.. Because my body, my soul everything belongs to Dev only. You can't make your place in my heart, never ever." she said crying while Maan looked at her fuming.
