Since the party and from the moment he heard her say 'Husband' a lot of thoughts started to run in his mind.

- Did she accepted me fully as her husband?
Is she okay with this relationship?
I don't know what to take from that word other than her acceptance! -

On the other side, she was fully confused of her fate and sad about her life.

*** For him, I'm just a friend!
He doesn't take me as his wife.
He is a good man and all but what I want to know is what am I really for him?
Was he in love with someone and is here helping me to settle me down just like Arman did with Pooja?
No! He wouldn't have accepted to marry Deepali Di!
He must have liked Deepali Di and he still has feeling for her!
My life is going to be like Rathi from 'Dil Mange More(Heart wants more)', he is never going to love me and if one day, Deepali Di comes, he will leave me and go to her.
But Maa and Papa will not be happy with that and he is more like Maa.
Maa! Help me to clear my mind! ***

With multiple thoughts and same routine, 2 more days passed.
Rain is showing its power along with thunder.
Night has fallen and time is going slowly for the couple.

"Good night Madhu!"
"Good Night!" she replied.

She tries to sleep with the horrible time outside but sleep was far away from her.
Eventually she falls asleep with no noise outside except drops falling sound.

THADADADAMDIMDIM

Thunder strike hit the earth somewhere causing the enormous sound which made her jump in sleep and she started to shake in panic.
Feeling the shaken bed, he woke up and switches on the side lamp to see her shiver under the quilt, facing the wall on their right.

- Why is she shaking?
What could have happened? -

"Madhu!" he called her calmly but no response came.
He again called her and was about to touch her shoulder but suddenly another thunder passed by and she turned and hugged him tightly in fear, as if her life depend on this simple hug.
He too put his hand around her and started to comfort her.

*** God! Please stop punishing people! Please! ***

"I'm here Madhu! Nothing will happen!" he said as he heard her murmured few words.
As he leaned in to listen to her he hear "Maa and Papa died in thunder when they were on their way back home."
"I'm here! Don't be scared!" he said sweet little words and calmed her down.

"I had an habit of using my pillow to hug wherever there was thunder!" she said composing herself, still in each other's embrace.
"You mean to say I'm your pillow now?" he asked with an angry look which disappeared immediately as a smile replaced it.
She shook her head and smiled.
"You look good while smiling!" he said.
And her smile stayed until the moment she wanted to lift her hand which is on his back under his hand.
The calm atmosphere turned to an awkward one.

*** How is he going to take this? ***

- What is she going to think now?-

She decides to stay in this space itself but turned to her right as it's her sleeping habit.

- She didn't say anything but turning to other side. What should I do?
Keep my hands like this or remove them? -

Slowly turning with still his hand around her, she made to her side to feel his hand have it's own contact on her bare waist.
She closes her eyes feeling tingling sensation.

- God! What did I do? Now she is going to hate me thinking of me as taking advantage of the situation! -

*** I'm going to have an heart-attack today!
But how come it feels so good to been touched by him? ***

He started to move his hand away from her when she put her hand on his which sent shivers to his spine.

- Is she asking me to stay like this?
Is she comfortable with me being this close to her?
What am I doing is right or wrong? -

*** I like what he is doing to me!
If heart-attack happens, I'm ready to face it!
Was he hesitating or not liking this closeness? ***

He pulled her towards him lightly with his thundering heart, living in her scent as his hand moved a little down over her waist while she closed her eyes feeling things she have never experienced, biting her lips.

*** What is happening?
I feel whole body melting.
Is this normal?
Is he ok to be close like this as Sona and Amrith from 'Sanskari Baahu(Cultured DIL)'?
I can't even think! ***

"Madhu!" he tried his maximum to call her in his normal voice.

*** Why am I feeling like he is signing my name? ***

"Hmmm!" is all she could say with eyes still closed.
"We need to switch off the light!"

She shyly removed her hand from its place and he removed his to turn a bit to reach the switch.
The moment his hand left her, she felt like something was missing in her life and she couldn't put her finger on it.
She couldn't understand that him being this close with her, fills the void in her life.

*** Why was I feeling like everything I wanted was there, in his simple touch? Not simple but heart-attack giving touch?
Something is happening and it's unexplainable.
God! Even in my serials, they didn't say anything related to be like this.
I'm becoming mad! ***

He switched off the table lamp on his side and turned back towards her with his speeding heart and not knowing what to do mind.

- What now?
Should I hold her?
It seems like the rain and thunder has stopped outside but it is now inside me!
Funny play of life. -

She waited and waited for him to come to the previous position to fill the void but seconds turned in to minutes and nothing happened except the fact that they adjusted their view in the dark.

*** Should I ask him?
Will he take me wrong.
It's better to ask and leave than stay and be a burden.
Yes! I should ask him. ***

Gathering all the courage she can, she asked the question which was on her mind for a long time now.
"Do you like someone else?" she tried to sound normal but the ton came out miserably sad.

- Where this question is coming from?
Am I acting like that?
May be possible!
It's the right time to talk and I'm going to use it! -

Even before he could open his mouth, a dry thunder hit the world which made her jump in her position.
He goes close to her as soon as possible and put his arm around her after pulling the quilt over them as she was again shivering.
He tries to make her turn so he can face her but she didn't budge from her position.

*** God! Please stop! ***

- She is fragile! I need to take care of her a lot more than what I thought!
I need to change the situation. -

Holding her by her bare waist he asks her:
"Why this question now?"
Instead of replying, she asks another question with closed eyes "Do you hate me?"
"Why will I hate you?"
"Who am I for you?" opening her eyes, forgetting the thunder and the world around.
"I wanted my wife to be everything and I still want her to be my life.
You have to know about me a bit." he paused as he snaked his right hand under her head and continued "While in college, I had checked out girls with my friends and in the starting of my career but never in a wrong way. It was just a time that has passed."
"Hmmm" she hummed understanding him.

"I wanted Maa and Papa to choose my wife. I knew they have dreams to have a daughter and that special person will be my wife." he takes a heavy breath in and let it out "I waited for my wife to fill the void in my heart and that too after marriage and with the flow. So I wasn't attached with your cousin in case you are referring to her."
"Oh!"

*** So he waited for me!
I mean his wife!
He is really adorable!
I like him a lot!
Thank you Maa! Thank you Papa! Your blessing paid. ***

- I need to know what she thinks about me before replying to her last question. -

"I will answer to your last question after I get to know what you think about our marriage." he finally asked the question that bugged him since their marriage.
After getting to think about his question, she replied "I always wanted my Prince Charming to come and get me to a happy life, make me his Queen and live happily. Even my Maa talked about my prince charming when I was young."
She puts her hand over his hand which is by now covering her whole front bare waist and added "Now, I started feel like a Queen!"
"I'm ... I'm 10 years older too you!" he states the fact.
"That is not a big thing as Maa and Papa were so happy with a lot of age difference too." getting confidence that she didn't know existed.
"Not now! But in future?"
"I don't think it will make any difference to me as you look to be 25 and not 30!" she said as casually as possible only to bite her tongue after the small moment of realization.
He smiled.
To divert her embarrassment, she asked "Was it disturbing you?"
"I thought you might think like that!"
"And now?"
"You are cute when you talk your mind!" he smiled even if she couldn't see it.
And she smiled shyly to his comment.

The small talk continues for few more minutes before drifting in to deep slumber with her in his embrace.

The next day morning they exchanged smiles and small talks.
"Any help?" he asked her from kitchen entrance as she was cooking lunch.
She smiled and said "If I need I will ask!"
"All good!" and he left from there.

- It's easy now to speak with her!
All that matters now is to understand her and know her more and make her the Queen of my life! -

*** He is so sweet!
I just want to pull his cheek! ***

Minutes passed and lunch time arrived!

"Sit!" he said as she was serving him by standing on his side.

- Why my concentration is not on my food? -

He questioned himself as his eyes landed several times on his left hand, where he still felt her soft skin and her bare waist which is visible in the side of her saree.
And that is distracting him a lot.

*** How I wish to serve him lunch like this everyday!
Sobha is really lucky! ***

- Until yesterday everything was not like this! Why now? What happened now? -

"Madhu! Take a seat and eat with me!" he said with his needy hand in mind and her waist in his eyes.
"Please you eat! I will have after!"

He couldn't take it any more as his eyes started to fix her soft velvet like skin, shinning in the natural light.
"Wouldn't it be easy to serve from this side?" he asked in attempt to make her change place, pointing his head to his left.
"It's same from both sides." she said smiling at him.

- If only you know what I'm thinking, you would be frowning rather than smiling. -

In his own frustration, he muttered under his breath "How to make you understand that you are distracting me!" as he took his food.

He hoped that he muttered to himself but she heard it and the reaction is that she turned scarlet from head to toe.
Feeling her reaction to be grave, she left from there to kitchen saying she has work there.

After that, she didn't utter a word but had a shying smile plastered on her lips.

*** Maa! Why am I reacting like Kajal from 'Maathe Par Sindhoor!(Sindhoor on forehead)'?
He just said he wanted to see me a lot, I'm here but I can't see easily in his eyes now!
Why Maa? ***

Around 5 PM, she was cleaning the prayer place when he approached her.
"Get ready! We need to leave in 30 minutes!"
"Where are we going?" she asked hesitantly, still her eyes only for the small lamp in her hand.

- Finally! She is asking questions and opening up! -

"You will like the place!" passing his hand over his nuke "It's a kind of surprise for you!" and added "Do you have any other work?"
She smiled "I will be ready!"
He smiled and left from there.

As he stopped his bike in the parking lot of the place, she saw a board marked 'Kalam Orphanage' in hindi.
"Why are we here?"
"You will know!" he said.

*** I saw that we come to orphanage to adopt children!
Are we going to adopt one?
But I can get him one or more as he wants but I don't know how to get it for him.
Is he going to pick a girl or boy or both?
I would like both!
Maa & Papa! Bless us to have good children! ***

- Why is she frowning?
Will she like my surprise?
God! Please help me to make her happy! -

"Hello Rishab! How are you?" a man in his earlier 30's hugged Rishab "You must be our Bhabi(Sister-in-law)! Welcome Bhabaiji!" the man welcomed Madhu along with Rishab.
"Sham! All good! did you prepare what I asked you for?"
"Do you think I will invite you here if I didn't get what you wanted! I'm the responsible Man! I know the needs!" he asked them to sit as they entered his office.

After asking for drinks and basic friendly questions, the main matter opened.
"Bhabiji! How many years have you learned music?"

*** Are they going to give us a child after I pass in signing test? ***

With the questioning look, she replied "For 6 years!"
"I think you didn't say why she is here?" Sham questioned his friend for which he got a sheepish smile.
"Bhabiji! We are searching for a music teacher for kids here. When I was talking about this to him, he said that you sign well!"

Instead of feeling shy for the compliment, she heaved the sign of relief.

*** Ouf! We can have more children after! For now music!
Oh! He is so sweet! He thinks about my likes and me a lot!
I need to do something for him!
No! I need to do everything for him! ***

- I hope she is happy! -

She smiled her cute smile and listened attentively to the offer which is proposed in front of her.
His friend explained her about schedules on Tuesday and Thursday.
And the classes to be for little kids.

After taking leave from the orphanage, they made their way home with Thai take away.
"I will drop you and pick you up on your work days until you get used to this city!"
"Hmmm" she nodded as she was holding by his shoulder on his bike!
"Do you like the surprise?" he asked hesitantly as she didn't talk about it to him.
She nodded but he could see her as they were in heavy traffic and his eyes for the road and around him.
"If you don't want to do, it's okay! We can think about something else!"
"I'm happy!" she said in a kitten like voice.
"I didn't hear you!" he said from his helmet.
"I'm happy!" she screamed a little louder while the bike came to an halt at a traffic light.

"They are really cute!" a old lady told to her husband who is driving the scooter.

The young couple who heard it smiled shyly in the hidden space of their helmet.
As the rest of the travel was of just 5 minutes, no one talked as both were in their own space.

- She is really cute! How come she is not fully confident and educated? -

*** I like him a lot! He is so cute! I want to tell him I like him and all he does but why am I hesitating? ***

It was around 8 when they entered their apartment.
So they immediately had dinner and he settled to watch Football World Cup between his favourite Brazil and their enemies Spain, after helping her clean the plates.
As she was passing by hall from kitchen to room, he calls her.
"Yeah!"
"Come and sit! Watch match with me!"
As she was interested to know the game he is playing, she took the seat next to him on the 2 seater.

"Did you watch any sports? Football?"
"Chacha watches mostly News, sometimes cricket and Chachi watches soaps, so no other sports! I almost stopped watching TV since I came here. I don't know why."
"Hmmm" nodding "That's the reason you continue watching just few of your soaps!" he came to a conclusion.
"Hmmm" now she nodded "If you don't want me to watch, I will"
"You can do whatever you want here!" cutting her in-between "It's your house! If you want me to get out, I will go!" he acted as getting up.
"No no! I will never do that!" she held his hand and he smiled as he sat back in his place after she left his hand.

"I was just kidding!" he said.
She frowned but it disappeared immediately.

"I will explain you the game we are going to see, if you have any doubt, you can ask me!"
She nodded as she turned to his side with legs on couch while he did the same.
He explained her the principles of the game and how it is played.
In this process, he sometimes take hold of her had to make a place and do things with their hand(everything related to Football) which made them to be close to each other.

"I understood!"
"You will get to see more while watching the match in few seconds!"
She nodded and settled herself comfortably, facing the TV as he was searching for the channel.

CLAP CLAP CLAP

*** His favourite team won! ***

His favourite team goaled 1 point at the correct moment of break time.

"They won!"
He smiled and said "This is half the match! In total the match last for more than 90 minutes."
Her face fell hearing that the team didn't fully won the match "I thought it ended!"
"They will win for sure!"
"How can you be so sure?"
"I see them play for years!"
"Ohhh"

He turns to her side completely with his hand on the head of the couch.
"Do we need to go shopping for salwar or any other kind of dresses?"
She didn't understand his question completely, so frowned saying "I love saris! And I have a lot here." she smiled ending her phrase successfully.
"But you are going to work?"
"Do you want me to wear different different dresses like in 'Gharwali(Housewife)'?"
"Gharwali?" with a questioning look.
"That's a serial which didn't last long! There Sanjana's husband asked her to wear short dresses and all." making a face.
"Why will I ask you?"
"I don't know but I don't like it! They are so revealing!"

And he mutters "What about sarees which makes Men go crazy!"
As she thought he was talking to her "Saree is traditional! No showing off."

- How in this world a saree can be put in the traditional cloth while it's the first in the list to turn a saint into something that he did not intend to become? -

As his hands were resting on the head rest of the couch, he slide it a little and brought it to her back and told her that this is showing a lot, then pulled her towards him by her hip "Since I woke up this morning I wanted to do this!" as he snakes his hand over her waist pulling her towards him as she closed her eyes with the sudden feeling of his hand there.
"Now! Tell me! How is a saree no showing off?" he asked her.
"I... I..." she couldn't utter even a word as she felt his index finger circling her belly button without his knowledge.

*** Devi Maa(God)! Please help me! I think I'm getting a real heart-attack! ***

Feeling her heart beat to be like a thunder, she prayed her favourite goddess.
"How is a saree no showing off?" he asks her again but this time his voice changed without his knowledge.
She puts her hand over his and stops his action as she leans over him with her head on his shoulder, with closed eyes as her other hand is gripping tightly her saree.
He too closes his eyes as he rests his head over hers.
Seconds passes before he lifts his head and gives her a kiss on her forehead.
This kiss is special as it's their first kiss.
This kiss is special as it's a caring kiss.

Then he kisses her eyes one by one.
He couldn't even move from there as he is hugged by her due to the unknown feelings she couldn't handle any more.
He hugs her back, resting his chin over her head as her face was stuck to his chest.

- What am I doing?
I feel it to be right but she might not!
I just got carried away with the flow! -

*** Devi Maa! What is happening to me?
I did never feel like this before!
I don't know if I like it or not.
But it's good! I mean, it's different. ***

After composing their beating hearts and running mind, they continue watching the match with no words exchanged after they separated from each other, with still her head on his shoulder and his hand on her waist.
They just glanced at each other but no words.

As minutes passed, she drifted to deep slumber on his shoulder while watching TV.

Once match finished, he hesitated and debated with his mind and heart to decide if he should wake her up or carry her.

- What should I do now?
Should I wake her? She must be tired with all her works.
Should I carry her? She may take me wrong tomorrow morning.

But she is sleeping peacefully like a child.
How am I going to wake her up?
No way in the world I will wake her from her peaceful sleep. -

His heart won seeing her peaceful form. So he picked her up in bridal style and brought her to their room with all the care in the world.
As he made his way back to his room after switching off all the lights and verifying everything, he settled on his side of his bed and switched off the side lamp.
He was about to pull the quilt over them but she scooped closer to him and hugged him, causing a hormone rush through his veins as the hug wasn't in fear but a simple action of hers in her sleep.
She settled her head in his right arm as her right hand went over his form making their body stuck to each other, adjusting comfortably in her sleep.

He tried his best to not hug her back but it didn't take long before he give up.
This sleep is peaceful.
The security and warmth is a whole new feeling for both.

As she stirred waking up, his junior woke even before him with a simple contact of hers.
Feeling something poke her, she put her hand there and pushed it a bit away making him jump from his sleep.

- God! What is she doing?
Does she know what she is doing? -

*** What is that? I need to sleep more!
I feel tired! ***

She stirred again and pushed it.
"Madhu! No!" his voice came huskily.
"I don't like it! It's disturbing!"

- How am I going to make her understand that I can't get rid of it! -

"Do you want to have babies? I mean you becoming mother and me father?" he asked her hesitantly.

*** Why this question at this hour? ***

She nodded and asked "What is that have to do with this?"
"When did you stopped going to school?"
"5th!"
"In your soaps!" she nodded getting interested "Do they show or say how to make babies?"
"I don't remember!" she scratched her head with her eyes fully open by now.

"We need to use my this disturbance with your treasure, I mean your part of body to make babies!"
"Ohhh! Can I see it?" excited "Can we make it now?"

- God! where am I stuck?
She is cute and I like her a lot!
But explaining this to her is going to be a difficult task. -

"We need to know each other a lot more and we need to get accustomed with touches and hmmm kisses and even more than that."
With a questioning look "What is that 'that'?"
"We need to be close."
"We are close!"
He smiled at her and put a strand of her hair which fell on her forehead "Close in all sense of terms that you will get to know soon!" he takes a deep breath and adds "It will pain a lot!"

*** I heard that giving birth to babies pains more! ***

"Same like when I will give birth to our baby?"
"I don't know! I don't think so!"
"So why not try now?"
"We need time Madhu!"
She nodded with a thinking look.

*** Does he think that I'm not good for him?
Doesn't he want to be father of our child?
But few seconds before he asked that?
Maa & Papa help me! ***

They talk continues around the same subject.
"Can I kiss you?"
"Hmmm!" she nodded.

*** I have seen a lot of scenes where they kiss. What's big deal in that? ***

He takes her cheek in his hand and leans closer with hammering heart.
He could hear her heart beating in sync with his!
He can see her close her eyes as his breath mingles with hers.
With a last movement, his lips landed on hers, making their first lip-lock to take place on their bed.

It didn't last long.

- I want to feel this kiss longer! -

*** Devi Maa! What did I do?
I thought he was talking about cheek kisses like in soaps while it's not the truth. ***

"It's wrong!" still in a shocked expression that he didn't remark as he was in his dreamland.
She continues "Maa told me that I shouldn't kiss boys even in cheeks but as in soaps wife and husband share cheek kisses, I thought it to be normal but this..., Maa even once closed my eyes when we went watching a children English film when I was young and there the parents did this and Maa said it's not good to see that."

He lost his heart to this innocent girl who is his wife.

- I think I have fallen in love with her!
No no no! I'm sure about it! -

"What Maa wanted to say to you at that age and what we did now aren't the same. The kiss we shared isn't wrong and it will be wrong if only one of us is not interested in it." he said calmly to her.

*** If this isn't wrong, why they never showed it on screen?
So if it's same as cheek kiss, then is it only in bedroom?
I should ask him! ***

She shyly asks "Do we kiss only here or hmm you see they didn't show all this!"
He smiled at her as he held her cheek "It depends on how you and I want and where we are and who are around us!"

*** I think I understood! But why am I always shy when I wasn't like this before? May be it's normal! ***

She nodded getting the message.

"Are you interested in this type of kisses?" she asks him as she tried to make her shyness to go away.

- What kind of question is this? -

Thinking about her question, he nods and a second later, she smashes her lips with his and does the same thing what he did to her in their first kiss.
