Is it weird that I keep trying to ignore the topic of the male lead whenever anyone around me tries to talk abt him? - Like my sibling maybe?

I am trying really hard to pretend like everything is perfect in this show... But then let's face it Tris, it's not perfect. Quit pretending. You don't want him to be the male lead. He's just too old for the 17 year old. Nd his face looks too nice to be a cop *sign*

This is not bashing is it? I am just saying the male lead is rather... Errr disappointing~

The show is amazing. It really is! I love all the characters! All of these actors bring in a type of power in their characters! Pretty much all of them!! Even woh chutku sa bhai of Anami! The male lead though...🤔 I am not too sure about him~

I understand that we should give him sometime to improve but then there's no time!! There are so many characters and so many stories that are needed to be explored. I don't know but I found the male lead connection a little forced here. Or maybe the guy really needs to get his emotions out more strongly. Do I see pain in your eyes? I don't see pain in your eyes.

I guess I am coming out harsh but that guy needs to buckle up! He's stuck between a cast of awesome actors with great and practiced acting skills. They all know what they're doing. Hurry up - catch up. Life is fast. People are impatient nowadays. Nobody wants to wait around. Hurry hurry hurry. I'll try not to quit pretending.

Now this was just impatience towards the character. Don't get too mad at me. I am apologizing if I came out too harsh. Plus I'm seeing lot of people complaining and it's just making it hard to not notice even after trying so hard! Not only my fault!!

I think I'm the only one who is ok with the cop. I find his lack of intensity to be in character, he has an agenda but as a cop he's keeping a clear head to assess the current situation.we have only seen him on duty, pain and intensity can come later...hope he can deliver at that time.

I do agree though that at the moment I can't picture him with Anami as a couple but I'm gonna trust the PH because they really seem to have done their homework with this show.

Well same here I also feel he is just saying the script out there, has no feelings for what he is saying, I didn't see any hatred or pain too in his eyes. Indeed he is between many good actors so he have to improve a lot.
But I think I'm giving him time, as I have seen many actors and actress who didn't do so good job at first but later on they improved much, so maybe Adhiraj in upcoming episodes come up with better feeling and emotions.

I get what you mean. I don't find anything impressive about him but I'm just waiting to see his interactions with other characters before coming to an actual conclusion.

I m feeling a little silly asking this, but why is everyone referring to the CBI officer (adhiraj is it ? ) as Male Lead ? Was it mentioned anywhere?

Coz it's basically story of a teenager and her conflicts with her mom. If there needs to be a boyfriend angle then it ll be someone of her own age rt?

Nice question! Even i feel same before when i watched promos that there is no hero so that's good there is no need of any pair to be shown, and as usual I like women empowerment so i was so glad that it will be shown without any hero but I think some websites do refer Adhiraj as her to be pair! And about age LOL in most of the traditional family age doesn't matter.
Well I'm okay with it too as story-line is AWWWESOME!😆

^^There is a india forum article where they reported that this guy is the male lead and he bagged this show after 100 auditions.

Well this actor is quiet wooden . Perfect plank 😳 he can not emote to save his life and his shortcomings are highlighted coz everyone in the show is pure perfection. I hope he improves when he starts having scenes with the main cast, some of their intensity might rub off on him. Looks like he has mugged up his lines and delivers them in a very disinterested way.

I see what you mean. As a cop he's being open minded. I see why I don't see pain in his eyes. But blah that sounds like an exuse. He just doesn't look like a cop to me. You get more desciplined. You get some kind of crispness in yourself. He only looks like a cop when he talks to his assistant. Nd I actually like their conversations! The only thing that saved his entry was his background music for me :X enough said I guess he clicked with u which is good because he'll be there im the future! So I just need to accept him~

But yes I agree!! It does look like thw CVs have done their homework! So I guess I should be more patient~ I will be, I will be!😆

See the thing with me is I've never really seen actors improving much if at all even after years. So I've kinda lost my trust on giving actors much time. Plus with some actors u can kinda tell how they'll portray their character. Same with him. It's kinda written all over his face he can't pull off a good male lead for now.

Maybe he should shave. There, I said it. Maybe he'll look better without this over the board dark beard. It doesn't suit him. *speaking quietly* at all... He should give light beard or shaved face a try. So at least the audience can see him differently. Urghh

Yeah that's a good idea! I mean I do like his interaction with his assistant. I think I like his character. Huh. Coz that's his character speaking. In my opinion they could've done better for a male lead role. I guess good male actors don't wanna get sidelined in the now female oriented shows. 🤔
