I think Annika's new wardrobe is fab! Like seriously! The dress was probably a little too low cut, but otherwise, I think her new shirts rock! I especially liked her ripped jeans and one off-shoulder tops. I don't understand why everybody is freaking out over her clothes.

I agree that the clothes she wore for the interview were not appropriate for the occasion. Even in the fashion industry, we don't wear clothes like that on the first day of the office. Otherwise, everything else that she is wearing as casuals is pretty good.

I think the fandom just needs to calm down and stop bashing the designer. I agree Shivani has had some pretty disastrous moments (read FUR) but otherwise, I like most of her designs. She's experimental, and when you keep yourself open to experimentation, you can have both positive and negative outcomes. Let's not get too harsh. She's given some pretty good ensembles to the actors.

She is not going anywhere. 😆 You can even expect harneet write sense but designer not going anywhere.

Also people since when are H&M, Zara high end brands 😆 - they are low end here in USA where college kids shop as they are affordable. High end is burberry and the likes. Medium is j crew and all

That being said making cheap imitations of H&m tops is not experimentation par say. Making the lead actress wear a dress which is dropping and not fitted well or pulled well or she is given a good innerwear to support it is not experimentation either - it's plain embarrassing to watch when it looks like she is about to fall out of her clothes

Also Anika is lower middle class girl living in india not states and that too in a chawl, has no job and is going through a heart break so her wardrobe needs to reflect that. Currently it looks like she is a you tuber who is strutting stuff for some Collabs she is doing lol. It needs to be realistic - if she was financially independent, let's say an owner of a cafe I would get it but in the current circumstances hell no
This is what indian tv and I feel like audiences lack big time - we are modern as we wear western clothes. Her clothes don't flow with where she is at in her life - period

Experimentation is good but they need to show some connection to the story - Anika's wardrobe right now is taking away from her character - it's not just about cut copy paste all the time. Even Serena or Blaire went simple when going through heart break and they were millionaires living in fashion capital of the world for pete's sake unlike Anika

Seriously Anika we don't need to see your belly button please cover yourself for god's sakes.If we really want to see these western clothes we might as well watch western show why hindi Indian show?This show and the other one is naamkaran where the heroine drapes saree in the most nasty and vulgar way.I can understand vamps of the shows wearing vulgar clothes but making sure heroines wear nasty clothes while rest wears good clothes totally beats me.Maybe wearing decent wardrobe will bring more viewers but current wardrobe suitable for R rated show.Is this starplus nayi Sochi but it turned out ghatiya soch!
