I don't know why everyone seems surprised. They have been telling us the same subtly and not so subtly. She had been calling herself Mrs. Dixit and Suhana has been shown sleeping in a separate room. When they had this one week in IN and one week in Bose house arrangement going on then they were all shown staying together in the same room.

And though I am in it for more romance, still loved the way they showed it in the show. So different from the rest. No asthmatic heroine, falling into the arms etc etc😆 But these two without doing anything made more of an impact for me. Their motto had always been to "let your imagination run wild"
