Next morning arnav received a parcel sent by aman. Arnav took the parcel n went to khushis room..
(Arnav enters without knocking)
Khushi : mr raizada don't u have a basic manners of knocking the door before entering someone's room..
Arnav : shup up... Its my house n i will enter wherever i want.. N keep it in ur mind u r a servant here not the owner...
Now take these papers n sign them..
Khushi : why should i? n what are these papers ??

Are u mad ? U think i will sign these marriage papers?? (Turning the page) n what is this? Divorce papers? I think u really lost ur brain somewhere..
Arnav : keep ur mouth shut n listen to me carefully.. Lavanya have lodged a custody case that she wants anju.. As she knows that my property are in her name n in papers shes her mother . Lav lawyer : ur owner.. As u can see that this is custody case.. The child in this case is just 4yrs old n she needs a mother to look after her.. Which my client is..
Arnav lawyer : objection ur Owner.. My friends is not looking into it that the women who he is saying as the childs mother is not her mother as well as left RM months after her birth.. She was a wife of my client.. But my client was forced to marry her by his family and he didn't know here his first wife was n his first wife was pregnant..
Lav lawyer : what rubbish is this.. My client is the mother of child.. We have her birth certificate too in which its clearly mentioned that lavanya raizada is mother of the anju raizada..
Arnav lawyer : my lord i would like to ask some questions to lavanya raizada..

Here is the original birth certificate as well as dna report which clearly states that anju is daughter of arnav & khusji singh raizada..
Judge checks the report
Judge : its clear from the reports n certificate that anju is khushi n arnav singh raizadas daughter so the custody of the child will be with them.. N regarding lavanya kashyap n arnav raizadas wedding its not valid as asrs 1st wife was alive but he have committed a crime of marrying miss khshyap so miss kashyap can go to family court regarding it. So tge custody case will go in favor of mr raizada..
The court is dismissed for today..

Lav : how dare u arnav... U showed me as ur 2 nd wife..
Asr : this is just starting lavanya but i will look into this that i will distroy u... Earlier it was me so i left u.. But this time u tried to take my daughter away.. I will never forgive u for this.. Just wait n watch.
Arnav left to RM n told khushi that he won the case n the divorce will be done in some days.. Arnav knew that lav will do something so he put a pause for divorce as that may lead to some problems...
Some days passed n anju become more attached to khushi.. She always wanted khushi to feed her food for everything..
