This "vishwaas" and "bharosa" crap makes me roll my eyes. In the dargah scene, when Anika saw the newspaper clipping of Shivaay and Rags together, she believed them to be a couple. When Shivaay "announced" his engagement to Rags, she immediately believed it to be real...where was her bharosa then? IMO trust is a two-way street here, and if Shivaay failed so did Anika. The difference is that Shivaay was able to start putting two and two together about the truth of her engagement, while Anika has remained brainless
Anika IMO looks incredibly manipulative...she wants Shivaay to come crawling back to her but on her own terms, no matter how ludicrous her terms can be, rather than reconcile mutually. She'll put the blame on Shivaay that "he didn't do this, he didn't do that", instead of trying to meet him half-way (aka telling him the truth like he was asking of her last week). It just reeks of her pouring salt on his wounds all the while trying to look like "bechari" in the process
You know I never have really been a fan of keeping score b/w them...but sadly the writers have forced us to this point now...wherein they've made Anika so painfully hypocritical, obnoxious and brainless that one can't help but point out that she's totally lost the moral high ground she seems to want to claim over Shivaay by pointing out all these "bharosa" and "shartein" lines...she is more than guilty of jumping to the worst conclusions herself almost immediately but seems to hold only Shivaay to blame for thinking that about her.
I find it hilarious that people like to claim that for Shivaay it's all about controlling Anika when frankly she's the one pulling his strings like a puppet right now...forcing herself back into his house, determined to "fix" him, now determined to just stick around for no valid reason, lying about a fake engagement and then giving attitude if someone calls her out on her lieš
Another irony is that before the ML track, Anika used to proudly claim that she doesn't lie whenever Shivaay used to accuse her...but post the ML track, lying, acting, doing naatak has become a normal for Anika in all manner of situations...it's an easy track for the writers to use it seems...no evolution, just make her pull tricks in a half-baked manner, then make her cry to show how "sensitive" she is...oh and the easy explanation for everything...her "insecurities".
