Maanu yaar.. woh video na meri country mein available nahi hai..its not playing...so cannot double check. Anyway, he might have slipped a little bit..its okay.
Also you dont really hgave to prove your observation. You might have heard it right. All is well. 👍🏼

Tahera,

It was "Bhar sambhal raha hun" which means "I am trying to reduce the weight". He WAS supporting the core muscles. They have shown him adjusting her stance and telling her to strengthen core while doing both push ups and Squats.

(I remembered the horrible period when I tried to work out with my Husband or brother. Arghhh.)

Arre mannu it's just his breathing/inhalation sound which is very imp in such exercises.. and mukhi was repeatedly showing aru the correct way of doing it. Otherwise u may either injure ur muscles or might not get full benefit of exercise...👍🏼

Sorry that u got miffed but Kya Kare tum baatein hi aisi karti ho.. Kahan ki baat Kahan le jaake.. kis ke saath jod ke worry Karne lagti ho... and u don't even take time to think over it..

And regarding the latter posts I was just having fun with others and was not targeted at u in particular..

Le tujhe ek jaddu ki jhappi...🤗

@talk about injurying yourself..I just sprained by back this morning just because of one wrong move while excersing 🤣... sorry for TMI 😆

😆 oh I understand one bad move and how badly it hurts...

Oh I love core exercises.. m always on look out for prevention of injuries, has had enough experience without getting any actual benefit...😆

My fav is still strength exercises.. can't stress enough the importance of correct breathing..

But for getting the required flexibility and also all the core ab benefits, I find suryanamaskar with plank variation more effective and wholistic 👍🏼

My routine usually is of core exercise, weight training and cardio. Its been great. I'll give suryanamaskar a shot. 👍🏼
