Part 7
Raman landed on Delhi airport. His phone rang, he picked up thinking it to be Mihir.
"Haan Mihir.. mein bas bahar nikal raha hum.. tum kahan ho?"
"Raman baby this shagun.." a flirtous voice said
"Tum.. tum kyu call kiya?" Raman bursted
" Calm down baby.. mujhe bas tumse milna hai.. that's all.."
"I can't and don't want to meet you.. and don't call me ever.." and walked away angrily
Raman saw Mihir standing near the car waiting for him. He went to Mihir, both brothers hugged eachother. Mihir so wanted to congratulate his bhai for being papa to be, but seeing his mood he stopped himself.
"Bhai kya huwa.. why in so irritated mood?" Mihir tried to initiate his conversation
"Because I'm irritated.." Raman cut him off
"Kya huwa bhai??"
"Yaar yeh shagun ko kya problem hai?? I don't just understand what she wants?"
"Abh shagun kahan se aagayi?" Mihir asked confused
"She is calling me continuously since 2 days.. she is telling me that she wants to meet me once."
"Aur aapne kya kaha?" Mihir asked
"Mujhe nahi pata kya karna.. I just warned her to not call me anymore.."
"Aapne sahi kiya bhai.. par shagun ek warning se chup nahi rahti.. she will try all her ways to get what she wants.. be safe bhai.."
"Haan mujhe bhi pata hai.. she won't stay silent.. but what else can I do? Now I'm in the most beautiful face of my life, mein papa bannewala hum, par she is not even allowing me to enjoy it.."
That's when Mihir's phone rang, it was Mr Bhalla's call asking about Raman, Mihir informed them that Raman landed and they are on their way to Bhalla House.
Ishita was tensed about Raman's reaction and was going on and on thinking about it.Mr Bhalla went outside in order to buy something. Suddenly Ishita suddenly fainted. Bala who came meet Raman saw this and they all rushed her to the hospital. Simmi informed this to Raman.
Raman got tensed and asked Mihir to drive towards City Hospital. He rushed into the hospital.
Doctor came out after checking Ishita. Raman saw her and rushed towards her,
"Ishita kaisa hai?" He asked the doctor trying hard to catch his breath.
"Mr Bhalla, she is fine now. She fainted due to stress and low BP. This BP fluctuation is not good for both mother and baby. Please keep her stress free.." doctor informed Raman and left.
All were glad knowing both mother- baby duo are fine. Raman just closed his eyes and calmed himself knowing Ishita and his baby are fine. Ishita was still unconscious due to sedation and Raman picked her up his arms and left for their house and asked Mihir to come after buying the medicines that the doctor had prescribed.
Inside their room, Ishita was sleeping and Raman was sitting beside her, admiring the mother of his baby. Mihir came inside with medicines at that time Raman's phone began to ring, its caller id showing "SHAGUN".
Raman saw this and was about to throw his phone but Mihir stopped him and asked to attend the call.
"Bhai you pick the call.. warna we don't know what she will do.."
Raman picked up the call with much annoyance.
"Raman baby.. bas ek baar.. I just wanna meet you nothing else.."
"Teekhe.. kahan milna hai.. just msg me the place and time.." and kept the phone before she could reply.
At first he decided to tell all this to Ishita but remembering the doctors words to not give her any stress he decided against it and went to freshen up.
Ishita opened her eyes and saw him coming out of the washroom. She tried to sit properly when Raman rushed to her and made her sit properly by placing cushions behind her. Ishita was in aww seeing this caring Raman. She was admiring him, when he asked,
"Lets go out somewhere... tum ready hojavo, mein bahar wait kar rahi hum.."
Ishita just nodded her head and headed to change. Raman went outside and informed the family that he taking Ishita outside and they also agreed as it will help in changing her mood. While she came down changed, both left.
Both were sitting inside the car not knowing what to do. Raman was trying to be busy in driving while Ishita was making herself busy trying to enjoy the outside view.
Ishita's self thought, "Now I'm sure ki Raman won't ever ask me to abort my baby.. He is so caring.. *caressing her tummy* baby aapka mumma papa aapse bohot pyaar karthe hai, jaldhi bahar aajavo.."
Raman saw her caressing her tummy and smiled. And they reached their destination, Raman came out and opened the door, like a gentleman, for Ishita. She was mesmerized by the view in front of her.
It was a lake amidst a trail of dense forests, rivulets and green pastures. The lake looks no less than a radiant blue mirror fitted on the ground and surrounded by lush meadows and cedar trees. She was totally into the scene in front of her smiling fully while Raman was admiring her.
"Raman, yeh jagah.. this is so beautiful.. thank you for taking me here Raman.."
"Ishita come lets sit here.." He said showing her a bench made of stone. She nodded her head and both sat on the bench.
Raman slowing took her hands in his, that made her face him. He caressed her hands softly and asked,
"Ishita are you happy? I mean..." he hesitated
Ishita understood his hesitation and said," Raman I am the happiest person ever now, you don't know how much I'm loving this.."
"Then why are you taking so much stress?" He asked obviously and that made her silent. How will she tell him that she misunderstood him and thought that he will ask her to kill his baby.
With much hesitation she started," I thought.. I thought you won't be happy, as this baby was a mistake... so.."
She cut off by him," See Ishita I know what I did was wrong, but this baby is mine also, I won't ever allow anyone to hurt my baby then how could I harm my baby.." his eyes teared up at the mere thought of his baby being hurt
Ishita's eyes teared up seeing this," I'm sorry Raman.."
"Its okay.. mein bhi tumhara vishwas paane ki tarah koi kaam nahi ki.."
"Aisa kuch nahi Raman.. mein.."
"Ishita see past is past.. I can't change it, but now I promise you that I will take care of you and our baby. You know my past and its very difficult for me to trust someone, but I will try to my best to trust you and move on with you. We will be the best parents to our baby, its my promise.." Raman promised keeping his hands over her tummy.
"Yeah we will the best parents." said she placing her hands over his hands that was on her tummy. "My past is out of my system, but then also I can't trust anyone with my heart, but I promise that I will try to move on. "
And both said together, "WE LOVE YOU BABY" and left hand in hand.
Raman dropped Ishita home and went to meet Shagun. He reached the cafe and saw Shagun sitting there in a corner doing something in her phone. He made a disgusted face and walked towards that table and sat in her front.
"Kya chahiya tumhe? kyu bulaya mujhe??" He asked straightly not interested in none of talks.
"Lag raha hai tumhara mood bohot garam hai mein cold drink order karti hum.."
"Mein yahan tumhari bakwas sunne keliye nahi aaya.. Just tell the matter and get the hell out of here.."
"Okay I won't beat around the bush, Ashok threw me out.." she told seriously
This made him laugh at her and asked, "Tumhare che foot doh inch boyfriend got bored of you.. and what you want me to do and what made you think that I will help you? "
"Come on baby, I know you will help me.. nahi toh your name will be in the headline tomorrow,"BUSINESS TYCOON RAMAN BHALLA SPOTTED WITH HIS EX GIRLFRIEND",your wife is pregnant right,and the doctor advised her not to take any stress right.." and smirked
Raman got tensed,"What you want?"
"Raman I want you back in my life.. I know what I did was very wrong but I still love you baby"
"What the hell Shagun.. I'm married and you want me leave her and come back that too to you.."
"I know you married her for your family and you still love me..so what is wrong in this.. If you want I will look after your baby after its birth"
"THUD!!!!!! " Raman slapped Shagun
"How dare you slap me.."
"Aur kya karu aarti utharu.. Look I'm Raman not Shagun, so that I will leave Ishita for you.. Just get that straight in your head.."
"Raman tumne ye sahi nahi kiya.. you will regret this.."
"Look shagun, I will help you find a job or to get settle, don't expect much more from me.."
"Okay fine, till I get a job deposit some money in my account.. It's still the same baby haven't changed it.."
"But I don't remember, specifically anything related to you.. message me your account details and stop calling me every now and then" and left leaving a smirking Shagun
Shagun's self thought"Tum kitne bhi bhaago, jaroor tum uss behanji Eeshita ko chodkar mere paas aavoge.. aakhir mein tumhare pehla pyaar hum.."
