No! Neil's gone on a mission and neil already knows avni's truth so why would he? He wouldn't do that. I think maybe ali may get annoyed and may have done it. It's a possibility because he would have realised riya's true intentions, especially after aditi said in the interview that riya shows her true colours when avni's truth is revealed and riya starts badmouthing avni alongside everybody else.
