After a long time, I was looking forward to watching an episode because so many of you were satisfied with it.

But I gotta say the comedy and they coy flirtations are no longer working for me🥱 to me, it looks like cv's are compromising good content just to give us humour. I like laughter and fun as much as anyone else , especially when eijaz and niyati does it so well but not when everything else is being glossed over.

still the armu romance was sweet, they are so cute in their small little lovelorn world.. I like aru more when she is being reciprocal towards mukhi, that is how it should be between married couples.

Among the lighthearted moments, another issue came to the front-Mukhi's insecurity. I actually feel bad for him,he is such a sweet guy who deserves everything in this world. The way in which he loves aru shows how much she cherishes her, he never felt worthy of the sophisticated city girl and he will feel the burn more now that a dashing guy from the city has entered the picture.. There are lot of social stigmas surrounding an older man marrying a much younger girl . While it is common in villages, mukhi is hesitant because HE is self-conscious.- not only is he 43 but also the mukhi of the vilage, everyone looks up to him. needless to say the age difference is constantly nagging at him. This is why he handles aru like a fragile doll, not only he loves her but he is afraid of losing her.

Aru on the other hand, is the vibrant young girl who knows how to have fun. She wants to participate in the competition but does not notice mukhi's intricate complexes. I don't blame her because the marriage is still new and it is not always possible to know the other's dil ki baat, sometimes you need a little push. Glad that sanvi is there to give her a hint, now aru will do rest of the thinking.

their relationship is still in the intial stages, they need to understand each other and smooth out the differences.

To the point Pom...and am in complete agreement...the comedy is now a bit lame for me too. But, I have started to appreciate the way Radha tells me...itna sochne ka nahi. But I agree there is a streak of averageness that has crept in now, to the otherwise strong narrative that they developed over the span of these few months. Somehow, I am not getting the kick these days.
Secondly, I really appreciate your observations about Mukhi...I can totally feel his insecurity and the constantly bothering-thought about the age-difference. In India, the societal judgment does not only impact a woman/girl but also to a man's psyche...and Mukhi's insecurity is so well-found. Poor thing...such a fine fellow...yet so vulnerable...so much of it is going on inside him. Love, Protective instincts towards Aru..a certain possessiveness, a complex about the different worlds that they inhabit et. al. Eijaz was a total rockstar with that subtle expression when the DM and Aru were talking animatedly. That scene and Eijaz's nuanced expressions, for me, was the highlight of the episode yesterday. Lastly, I am particularly glad to see that Saanvi's character is well-rounded one with a certain purpose. She has her own life-story and at the same time, is so well linked to the leads. The CVs have been doing a good job in terms of the character-sketch & over-all graph of a supporting character.

still, I liked the episode despite the inane humour because mukhi's insecurities were highlighted.that DM and aru's frienship will hit his sore point. Poor mukhi, even I felt bad for him in that scene. such a docile man like him deserves the utmost care and love.
