Hippo decided to watch this movie in theater in northeast US.

A grand total of 3 people including Hippo were present at this occasion. The movie was the morning show and early. We know there is a problem with desi people waking up early and doing things in morning. They have to go through toiletries, breakfast, reading news and hence their day starts at noon. The other two person were two white girls who placed themselves right behind Hippo so that they could get a good view of his handsomeness.

Movie was superb. Anil Kapoor was a superstar. It was based on ghissi pitti Punjabis in UK story but despite that it was entertaining and kept my attention.

girl 1: ileana was beautiful and did her role well

girl 2: lttle manly but did good in her role as sanskari

girl 3: nafisa looked great

arjun 1 and 2: I dont like him much but in this movie he did a superb job. He has some potential in him and is not just a product of nepotism. He looks bad of-course but acting was good

Oldies: all did their job well.

karan kundra: have heard of this name..was ok

Anil Kapoor: he carried this movie. he was funny,,he was energetic..he was fun and he looked good. He is a gem of Bollywood.

Overall for me this was the best movie of the year but note that I like entertainment movies so maybe i am biased there. I dont like bhashan movies much.

I will recommend that you watch it in cinema as print was really good. I think it was 4K from Sony picture. You can also download it but do watch it.

I do like Comedy movies but I don't like Anees Bazmee style of Comedy...His only movies I enjoyed watching was Welcome and No Problem...rest of his movies are crap IMO.
Today's comedy movies just don't excite me much. They all have crass humour and stale jokes which are not-at-all funny.
I generally loved the comedy movies of Akki, Paresh and Priyadarshan from previous decade. These guys have stopped acting in comedy movies and I've lost interest in this genre after that.

Btw, I know who is girl 1 and girl 2, but who is Nafisa?? 😕 Is it Neha Sharma??

Girl 3 was Nafisa in movie. I do not know her real name. From the 3 I only know Ileana by name.

All 3 beauties did a great job in their respective roles.

Yes I liked those comedies as well. Anees movie are situation based comedies showing situational error etc as comedies. I like it,

Now how do I bump now. Usually I employ the tactic of quoting / answering another person and in that quietly bump my topic as well.

However when there is a dead end with my own post as last and topic turning into Amitabh's condition in Piku, it is very difficult to bump.

Please suggest ideas in such situations.

There's a theatre and across from it serves wonderful lamb biryani for $11.99. Tuesday ticket discount is pretty much the same. Is it worth the biryani money? Tough choices.
