hmmm.. simran is turning out to be a big disappointment. it's a pity, she was such a talented actress. to me, only simran & jothika were credible actress in the late 90's.

looks like simran hasn't realised that she isn't the numero uno actress in the industry anymore. such starry tantrums aren't befitting someone who was ousted from the position a long time ago.😉

whatever it is, it's her loss that she couldn't act opposite rajnikanth. it would have done her a lot of good.

i find that attitude of simran's to be quite silly. i think once you act opposite rajini, you will definitely be paid well.

what more does she want? to be paid an equal salary like rajini's? god.. this woman is unreasonable.👎🏼

Simran probably would've put money on the backseat, if she were to pair opposite Rajini - just my guess. B'cos like Jiggly said, acting opposite Rajini, is like a Fixed deposit. You'll keep earning interest on that for a while.

But in this movie, since it's a remake of "Kadha parayumpol" Rajini's role is that of a guest actor - he has no pair, Correct? And her character is Pasupathy's pair and not Rajini's. May be that's why. The news is that she declined to do this stating that she got busy with Jaya TV's production.

Personally, I don't buy that story, I'm sure she would have somehow made her dates available if she was to be paired with Rajini.
