Warning: This is me and my height of frustration with PP. So please forgive my cursing because this is an analysis less, a rant and a list of things I'm going to do to hurt PP in the near future if he tries something with Chandni.
The episode starts with poo raining down on the Vashisht. Chandni leaves the remote and Murli gets it to pass it to Advay. He releases himself and moves to Chandni.
Advay threw a dupatta over them. It lands on them. Their Roka is complete. Advay and Chandni eyelock. The music changes to Laal Dupatta. The song has very interesting lyrics. Listen to it. It's sound cute. He's giving his heart along with his life. That's an interesting choice. I guess because a part of Advay, aka Dev, still cares for Chandni. Chandni's hair falls out of place and Advay blows. That was sweet, why not just use your hands. Who knows, what if your breath didn't smell right? That would be embarrassing. I admire how Chandni recalls the memories she has with Advay.
As the poo storm stops and AdvNi's Roka is done, everyone reflects. Indrani says that pigeons are a sign of good luck. And after this episode and PP's kaand, I agree. Chandni is dodging a bullet. Everyone looks to Chandni with a dupatta on her head. Indrani and PPM question Chandni. Advay exclaims that the Roka happened. Advay says kismat has tied her to the person she was meant to be with. He meant himself, not you PP. Before what PP said, I almost disagreed with Advay because this was him forcing a fate on her. But I guess Divine Intervention didn't stop them so I'm glad. Har Har Mahadev! Thank you for not getting PP and Chandni engaged.
PP agrees with Advay and says his own and Chandni's Roka has happened. The air calms and everyone is happy again. Advay leaves as Indrani is doing the Aarti. He does a hand salute. Chandni is watching him leave.
Side Note: Now I understand why PP said there is 0 chance he is backing out. What a d**k...
In the next scene, PP and Advay are together. They are in a public setting. Advay mocks PP's style of speaking. PP asks Advay for advice.
The next series of minutes that give me an INSANE level of michmichi is beyond explanation. I can't even sit through this analysis without losing it. I can't be objective with a character like PP with a situation like Chandni.
In short, PP wants to sleep with Chandni and after that, he'll leave her. PP is making it a point to explain he wants her for her body. He plans to do this in one or two days. He only did this stuff to make sure Chandni would sleep with him. Because "traditional girls are stingy that way" or something on that level. And I actually can't count how many times I want to hit PP in this scene. He is so disgusting, I can't even begin to start because I won't finish pleasantly without ranting too much. I can't deal with him. Someone please punch him.
Advay's reaction in this scene is my highlight, because it's not Advay, it's DEV. This level of anger, that's building in him that leads to what happens in the end, is Dev. Advay can't hear this man, that is after his girl, talking about Chandni as a conquest. He even said that Advay can have Chandni after he's done, adding salt to the wounds. I was actually screaming for Advay to beat this b**ch a** mofo right here and now. You can see it, Advay stopped making eye contact with PP as he started, and the rest of the time, he glares daggers at PP.
Side Note: I get that youre infuriated, but can you please record him??
Advay lowkey threatens PP asking him if he has life insurance or not? Yeah, that is very good question. We need to know if you can pay for the damages about to be done to your precious face. I actually love this. This is sooo Dev! This is the side of Advay that love Chandni.
Side Note: Is it wrong that I prefer revenge guy over the guy who wants a one night stand? #TeamAdvay is real.
I must say, I love how he frightened PP with the dagger. That was epic. I was cheering. You do talk a lot PP. You need to shut up. They need to expose you fast. I can't tolerate such a person trying to be around Chandni. Atleast we know that Advay does care for Chandni outside of revenge mode. That's why he recalls PP in a later scene and is aggravated.
This entire conversation between PP and Advay is the dichotomy between two characters after Chandni and the difference between them. One who views her as a conquest and the other who felt betrayed by her and wants revenge. Which one do you think sounds better? It's the question the writers want you to answer. Who's the bigger a**hole? Who should Chandni choose? They're both bad, but atleast one of them has humanity. The show is trying to push us to choose Advay for Chandni. As an audience, this scene is meant to manipulate us to Advay's side. We are supposed to choose him based on how he reacts to PP's words. We are supposed to see how mad he gets. That's the whole point. Don't forget the kind of person Advay is when you choose him for Chandni.
In the next scene, Chandni approaches Advay. The moment Chandni started praising PP, I actually wanted her to shut up. No, girl. Stop. I can't look at this either. This scene is clearly meant to aggravate us too. As if PP wasn't enough.
Chandni says she can't tolerate how he is behaving. But then moments later, she says she'll tolerate him, but her patience has limits. How did she change her mind. That is troublesome. Dear lord. I think she really does like him.
The conversation moves to Chandni still wearing the chunnari. Chandni tries to take it off, but to no avail. It's stuck. Mahadev didn't want her to take it off, that's why it's stuck to her. He ordained them together. This is a sign that Advay and Chandni are meant to be together. So again, Har Har Mahadev!
In the Precap, Advay puts the dupatta back on again. This means Chandni got it off finally only for Advay to put it back on her again. 😆 The Va'Sisters plot to kick Advay out of the house. And I'm here screaming: Nooo, not yet! Expose PP first
The episode was overall alright but very aggravating. I was so cheering for Advay. I'm on #TeamAdvay for now. Expose PP really quick.
