Akash comes to his senses. He said to himself, "Enough! I will get Khushi at any cost whether Sheetal gets Arnav or not."
Meanwhile Khushi gets discharged from the hospital. The entire family reach home. Akash prepares juice to impress Khushi whereas Sheetal prepares dhoklas to impress Arnav.
Ranvi & Gunjan along with Ranveer & Ishana decorate the house to welcome Khushi.
Arnav & Khushi reach home.
Arnav: You need to have your tablets but before that you need to eat something.
Devyani: Is the food ready?
Sheetal: Yes.
She gets the dhoklas for Khushi so no one would suspect her intentions. But Gunjan comes in & said, at this point of time Khushi needs to have Khichdi. She serves the Khichdi to both. Sheetal serves dhoklas to Akash, Arnav & others.
Arnav: I'm not in a mood to have anything else. I will have only Khichdi.
Khushi: But you like dhoklas right? You don't like Khichdi.
Arnav: So what? I can have it for you.
Ranveer + Ishana: Even we will have khichdi.
Dadi: If others don't have regular food, even I will have Khichdi.
Sheetal gets irked. Akash smirks.
After everyone are done with their breakfast, Arnav & Khushi go to their room. Arnav gives the tablets to Khushi as per Preity's prescription.
Sometime later, Akash & Sheetal takes the juice & dhoklas for Khushi and Arnav. Dadi senses the desperation on their faces & asked, "Where are you going?"
Akash: I am taking the juice for Khushi.
Sheetal: Since Arnav didn't have dhoklas, I am taking it for Arnav & Khushi.
Dadi: Fine, you can go but not as their boyfriend & girlfriend but as a BIL & SIL. The relationships has changed. Arnav & Khushi are man & the wife.
Both go to Arshi's room to serve them juice & dhoklas.
Meanwhile, Dimple's condition gets better.
Ranveer then proposes to Ishana saying, "I've confessed my love to you. Now I would like to ask you for your hand. Will you marry me?"
Ishani looks at Dimple who gives a nod.
Ishani blushes: Definitely.
Dimple and Dadi go to the pundit to fix up Ishveer engagement.
Pundit: The engagement can take place within 3 days.
Ranvi and Gunjan decorate the house for Ishana engagement.
Khushi: Let me help you guys.
Ranvijay: Well, you need to rest now.
Khushi then makes the invitation cards for Ishani engagement.
Arnav comes home. He sees Khushi making the invitation cards and said, "Wow, the cards are so attractive but why are you exerting so much?"
Khushi: I am getting bored that is why I am making them. I can't even come to the office till the doctor says yes.
Arnav: It is just a matter of 15 days after which you need to come for the routine checkup. You can join the office after 15 days.
Gunjan comes to Khushi's room and gives her Khichdi and fruit salad. Khushi eats them and takes another dose of tablets.
All the preparations are over. A lots of guests come for the engagement party.
Ranveer and Ishani get engaged.
