Yes Dev knows that ishu tricked him and get his signature on prenup.

When Sona left n he was heavily drunked, ishu came to farmhouse with prenup papers n told him everything. He asked him to choose bw his family n sonakshi. He tried to expalin it sona that he didn't made these papers n it has no value for him bt she didn't listened as she was already very much hurt.

After sona left throwing her mangalsutra, he lashed ishu fr prenup n get himself detached.
