Fireflies, glow worm are adult larvi form females that glow through bioluminescence, which is a production and emission of light by this living organism. Apparently it's the female glow worm that produces intermittent light during courtship to attract male counterparts.Today's episode in terms of extending an existing yet dormant bond between Advay and Chandni, is tastefully projected by the CVs. Right from the start it promises a certain connection between the two that transcends the physical and taps gently on their souls. Their bickering is attracting them towards each other rather than repelling them. Advay is portrayed as amorous, while Chandni as the bashful belle who tries to fend her virtue and decorum from his pushy advances.
Life is a vivid play of light and dark. Yet the marvel is, that out of light and dark stems a kaleidoscope of hues that add both colour and gloom in our lives. The CVs have made good use of visual effects and imagery, especially in the scenes between Chandni and Advay. It's a certain show of bright light that forces Chandni to enter a gentleman's quarters in the first place. Advay's ploy to engage her attention, is to as per usual, pick a conflict with her. A liar is not believed even when she tells the truth. He's formed an opinion, based on historical fact and he intends to keep it. Leans over her and whispers in her ear.. some liar she is! Chandni will not fear him! it's a strong accusation he makes. She denies it to his face !as she has nothing to hide, besides she's one to seek pardon for her mistakes. Advay nabs her.. what about serious incidents how does she find her way around them? Chandni by now can tell when he starts to be shirty. She asks to leave.. be my guest! he replies cockily, he never asked her to linger. When she turns to leave, there is a power cut! Darkness! probably contrived by him in a bid to keep her beside him? its these unusual happenings that are a tell tale ,it's another one of Advay's delaying her tactics! But they are surrounded in the play of light and dark. Yet the moon light shines and amid the darkness. The colours of the stained glass windows bath them in soft coloured lights.. the hues signify the connection that they share! Both have areas of darkness in their lives.. yet the colours of each others company somewhat tones down the dark gloom around them. Chandni let's her fear of darkness known to him.. he reminds her.. moonlight is most visible and at home in darkness!..so why she desires light as opposed to darkness? Chandi with a plate of noodles for her sisters ,in a huff, stomps off to her room share with her sisters.
Chandni is blessed by siblings, at hand, that Advays soul possibly yearns for. With siblings close by, she can let out her frustration which Advay invariably manages to increase in her two fold. As her sisters are not morally bound by decorum or formality, so they quite brazenly denounce PP..but alongside they also alert Chandni about certain matters even she never dreams of entertaining , that she is getting pretty chummy with ASR!! and that she has two suitors hankering for her! spoilt for choice! Chandni rolls her eyes and confesses to herself and Meghna and Shika ! ASR.. No way! Besides Chandni rattles off her set lines.. getting married to whosever matters not to her, as long as it makes mother happy. Chandni submitting to the familys need and call of the hour was never in question! She is the much loved sacrificial lamb.. led silently to slaughter[apologies for offending members by the metaphor] A man in the ladies quarters in the middle of the night!
He comes to carry out unfinished business with moonlight. There is darkness in his heart and she is the source of both sweetness and light for him. In shock she asks his business in her room at such an ungodly hour. His curt reply only returning her earlier visit to his room! Chandni dreads his unblinking big bold looks at her across the bed. she warns he to exit, her sisters are light sleepers . Advay almost chuckles when he encourages her to try to wake them.. as they won't for quite some time! He sprinkled sleeping granules on their noodles! Where fear grips her!completley Advay unceremoniously mounts her bed with his slippers on! When time is short. Every moment is precious ! he towers on the bed imposingly. Wants her to come with him, he has something to show her.. she refuses.. but She gets up.. fearful of him. This beast is another name for theatrics.Everything about him, is outrageous and unconventional. He stands on the bed, faces her..his way of telling her.. nothing! can keep him away from her, nor time! Nor sleep! Nor her being flanked by her two drugged body guards! Not even the ruddy bed! it's him and her before him!! poor Chandni presses back into the wooden head board.. she spreads her arm across to uphold herself Both are solid hard as wood in their stances. She will allow her trust in him to be maintained. He studies her face intensely , peers closely, yet maintains his distance and respects her.. But then passion desires nothing more than a brush of his hand against hers.. just a small sensation felt by their souls.. rabba ve.. rabba ve..but time ticks away.. and the heart wants more..seeks her permission to carry her off the bed in his arms? By now Chandni warms to him he scoops her in his strong arms and she clutches on his shoulder.. confirms consent to being held close to him! so far so good.. but when Advay takes her to some unknown destination! Chandni moans at him and he too retorts.. some heavy load he carries! Panic hits her ,threatens to scream.. but he threatens he'll do the honours, all can see her antics! she presses her warm palm on his lips! This is their private little clandestine meeting, no one needn't know. Is this some pleasing lie then Chandni??
He puts her down in some room.. uncovers a covered orb omitting light. Removes the cloth and a million glow worms ,glow around her she revolves around mesmerized by the fireflies effect rotating floating.. Advay probably again tries to remind her of watching glow worms dancing around in the dark.. when they children, how he invokes her memories.. those early adolescent days he watches Chandni spin around like the spinning glow worms. She is the glow worm that attracts both PP! and him !As if by magic a red chunni drops on her head! takes her by surprise. Rabba ve rabba ve.. he tells her, she can commit to whoever, but she will forever, eternally belong to him.. he recites verses for her.. a sleepy moon has sufficient space to sleep over a bed of stars.. as long as the moonlight realizes that the string of the night is cold and sharp.see, he tells her, many promise they can bring the stars beneath their beloved's feet.. he has done it all for her.. he reaches out for her hand and presses the coin back in her palm. Just the beginning of their pre-nuptial ceremonies .Chandni awakes from her trance.. he is mad! pulls of the red chunni off her head and dumps it coldly back in his hand and flees!! Can Chandni flee from that strange sweet sensation she feels for him? Advay muses, people are possessed by love..but he stands gripped by his revenge. Poor girl knows not what awaits her tomorrow. Advay takes over the catering for Chandni's engagement!
Beautifully romantic episode.. but Advay yet again cooks up a plan where Chandni douches both her would be husband and mother in law. .. Hamlet53 25.7.17
