Udaan starts with Kamal Narayan coming to Imli (Vidhi Pandya) with his act of concern for her and her unborn child. He says he has booked the ganga that for the child on its birth, he then asks her to make Vivaan(Paras Arora) understand the love of family and make him unite once again with his family. Imli is confused to see this version of Kamal Narayan. Kamal Narayan asks Imli to get Vivaan to the family dinner tonight where he wants all of his family together. Kamal Narayan goes out and he thinks he would do anything to get his family together so that his son Suraj(Vijayendra Kumeria) fights the election this time. Tejaswini begs forgiveness of Vivaan saying she has been very bad to him and she did not have the strength to seek his forgiveness but Kamalji gave her confidence so she is here. Chakor(Meera Deosthale) stands wondering what new is brewing inside Kaml Narayan's head. Vivaan forgives Tehjaswini and promises to be there at the table for dinner that night. Chakor knows Kamal Narayan is evil and they will never know what he changes to in time.
Kamal Narayan sits talking to Suraj telling him that he is the reason behind all the happiness that has arrived in the haveli. Suraj says he has done all this for his mother and he needs not be thankful. Kamal Narayan says he wants to gift Suraj something and gifts him a watch which was his grandfather's. He also says that tonight there is a dinner for the Rajvanshi family members and he wants Suraj to be there too. Suraj thanks him. Kamal Narayan talks to his associate and confirms that Suraj will definitely win the election, Chakor tries talking to him but he goes away. Chakor thinks that she has not been invited but she would definitely make something for the family. Imli gets irritated at everyone asking her to forgive Vivaan but then Vivaan asks her to only listen to him and no one else. She gives him a test as she hands him over a doll asking him to quieten his child who is crying. Vivaan manages to convince Imli with a promise to love her more than ever. Imli breaks down asking him how he could leave her alone when she has been with him throughout. Vivaan and Imli talk while promising to trust each other always.Chakor sees the family having dinner happily in the evening and is pleased but yet she is disturbed. She feels she is unwanted here and tries going away but Suraj stops her saying it is because of her that they are all one today. Everyone is happy to see Chakor except Kamal Narayan. Suraj proposes Chakor irritating Kamal Narayan beyond limits and Chakor notices it. Chakor at home tries closing the window as the storms occur. Suraj comes in and gets romantic as he celebrates Haldi with her. They have there romantic moments as they come close to each other. Chakor remembers Kamal Narayan's hesitation to accept her as a part of his family. Kamal Narayan gets very angry as he remembers them together and breaks Suraj-Chakor's picture as he plans to separate them. Chakor wants to speak about this to Suraj but he does not let her speak. Kamal Narayan remembers every time he has faced Chakor and she has destroyed his antics. Kamla Narayan realises that he cannot completely have Suraj till Chakor is with him. Chakor is still disturbed and tells Suraj about it. Suraj refuses to believe it and tries convincing her that Kamal Narayan has changed actually.
Precap: Imli's ghodhbharayi is celebrated and Kamal Narayan stops Suraj and Chakor from doing a rasm together as they are not husband and wife anymore.
