Will Advi's marriage happen?

From precap it looks like marriage will happen without any hurdles but then there are Kakusa and Nisha, so anything can happen. What do you think?

Yes, I think the marriage will happen but other than that I can't predict anything.

I think it will happen as if she comes back from coma even then nothing changes.

I hope the marriage happens but this show is so unpredictable!
