This really seems like edited . Sometimes when i see OLV i prefer seeing them performing not pictures as many people post fake spoilers .

Avni is edited from some different place to this pic..

And i think it's one of the scene from Tashn-e-ishq...

To answer all your questions this pic is neither photoshopped and is neither an upcoming scene. This scene is from the Tashan e ishq honeymoon track in goa where Kunj and twinkle go on honeymoon and Zain's character, yuvi, being an obsessive psycho lover follows the couple to their HM and tries to kill Kunj. That's twinkle played by jasmin bhasin in this pic.
