A sweet post about a lovely episode by our wonderful Mallika...Thanks dear for sharing your feelings...because it just echoes mine...in all respects.Yes, the episode had such terrific, mellifluous emotions that I just can't describe. It was just breathtakingly beautiful to say the least. Don't want to sound like an emotional bum once again...but really, the moments between Aru & Mukhi and the 24 carat gold that our Mukhi is...what can I say...had I been in Aru's place...I would have stuck to him like a fevicol. What a man my God is this Raidhan Katara??? Uff!! Such a treasure trove of selflessness, purity and nobility...notices every single thing from the missing bangle of the Mother-in-law that lead to the gold coin for the son-in-law...which he seamlessly and so adorably translated to being a son. From carefully noting that phone-call about the Dupatta order to remembering to bless the newly born baby with a small token...from gifting the Jhumkas to his adorable wife to him holding back his tears when Aru sobs at the very thought of her separation with Mukhi...the way Mukhi leaves not being able to muster up any courage to face Aru...and controlling himself...uff uff uff...Man!! I can wait for a lifetime...if destiny makes me meet my Mukhi.
Once again, thank you the creative minds behind this excellence called YMMKD...Eijaz-Niyati...guys May God Bless You Abundantly!! Eijaz reminds me of the brilliance of Kamal Haasan, Aamir Khan...and such great actors...he himself is a class!! And Niyati...for me is the rising star with a clear understanding of her craft!! Kudos guys!! Love you both!!

P.S. I am 100% sure...this show can never disappoint me, in terms of its aesthetics...I don't want to believe any random story. At the moment, they deserve my applause...and I am clapping hard and sincerely rooting for them!! Love team YMMKD- An underrated gem of a show...really!!

My respect for YMMKD team increased leaps and bounds watching this week's episodes. It's so relatable and practical to watch that at times we tend to forget it's a fiction. The emotions are so real that any married couple can see a reflection of them in the leads...at least for me it brought back so many cherished moments that we don't get time to remember even...love the show and I just sit back and watch the show with an open mind...no distractions by spoilers please!!!
The scenes are well thought of and beautifully executed...kudos to the entire team...its difficult for a working mom of an 8 year old to see a serial at 7pm when exams of the little one is coming up in a week but I make the efforts as I want a good show like this to continue and not go to oblivion because of low trps...We are what our thoughts are and it's time to come out of the regressive shows and watch out and appreciate shows like this so that we get to see serials of this standard which is rare in Indian tv shows!!!

Exactly Deb and Shalini. Never ever have I been so emotionally attached to the makers of a show.

If this show does not win awards, then it would be a shame for Indian television.

Today's episode and the the way he was explaining to her in the bedroom was just too good yaar. Niyati was so good. She was saying exactly what we would have told Mukhi. That's the beauty.

And oh dear Mukhiji and his way of expressing his love and respect for his wife and in-laws... I think the reason we all like it so much is that he was saying exactly what women want their husbands to say... each and every dialogue. Oh yeah, that's the reason, no doubt about it! There was no OTT stuff about it. It was like we were there in the house and witnessing this wonderful character Mukhi gently easing the situation to his wife and in-laws.

And the pre cap...ufff.. can't wait until tomorrow!

Mallika,

Totally agree. Great post and we share same sentiments!!

Such a delightful week this has been and Mukhi has floored us and Aru with his character and strength. So heartwarming to see Armu..they came such a long way..each frame they are together shouts they are made for each other. Chemistry between leads is just crackling and is just increasing leaps and bounds.

I don't care what happens next. This 80+ episodes has been a treasure and we can hold onto them if at all the story-line goes haywire. But I do believe, like always the writers can give excellent portrayal even through cliched tracks.

Mihrimah, Namita, Radha and Isabel... it is this immense happiness that fills us at the end of the episode that is making me write about my feelings here. I actually rushed over here after the episode to see if others felt what I did.
It is like Deb says, just rebuilding and reassuring our trust in good over bad.

If Radha has been rendered speechless, then that says something, na?😆
