Ishqbaaz -just an another show?

Writing in India forum after what it seems like 5 years.

Just signed up in IF to read arshi ffs and stopped visiting forum after ipk.

Ok now back to the point.

After Ipkknd I had stopped indulging myself in any shows or tv programmes because of my tight schedule and that is when I came across the first promo of Ishqbaaz.

Totally impressed with the first promo lead to the second and on and on.

What caught my attention is that the tight knit bond woven amongst the three brothers. Their unique and unbreakable bond was a treat to watch . Then came the heroins in the frame taking the picture to another level. I loved watching IB especially during the mallika track and those pranks..They were treat to watch..But later on after shivika marriage and the spin off and stuffs the stow started to loose it's essence. For me it was always OBros and OBros moments which mattered. But after the spin off it seemed like Shivay and OmRu despite living in the same mansion seemed to be alwin to one another!! All we got to see was Shivika Rikara and Ruvya moments. It seems like they were no longer brothers. Seriously no offence to shivika Rikara fans but for what I started watching this show...It was doing a really bad job. So I quitted IB and DBO for a while because it was turning just like any other show.

I know not many of them are happy with the merger but honestly I really am very very happy..Last few days I saw many of the forumwasis complaining about the lack of screen space of their favourite couples but why should we start fan wars instead why cant we be happy with each other and love all the obro moments!!

Yesterday I saw a member starting a new account just to bash another couple...Why can't we see IB as a whole?? We can we love IB just for ShivOmRu??

Why cant we have peace and love Ishqbaaz for the very unique bond shared between the brothers..Why?

To this date, I am still watching IB for the brothers. I am yet to catch up to this week. But now along with brothers, we see their respective love lives playing parallel too. This is what the show was always meant to be about. So I congratulate the makers for finally remembering what their show and story always was supposed to be.

I hardly come to the forum anymore, as I am very short of time. But I will say on the record if not for the boys, this show would not really hold any great fascination for me. Bromance is the actual USP of IB.

Thank god for the merger. Hoping the SS issue gets resolved soon 😳
