Can't update banners for my stories! :-\

For some reason I can't upload my banners for my stories or any pictures on IF. :-\
I'm already using this website for past 5 years.
It never has been any problem. But recently I can't upload any pics from any other site here.

Can anyone help me to sort out the problems?

Upload it on a free image web hosting site like the one Chaaya has mentioned.

U will be provided with direct link.

Put the code this way..here

The above will be converted to the pic.
