True it's Shagun Arora n not Bhalla as she clearly remembers Ashok n Ruhi so I think ishra n Ashok would lie to her giving some stupid reason for her to stay at Bhalla house for the time being n everyone will be in their old look. Though still it doesn't explain why she was keeping KC for Raman in the promo or maybe it was just to create curiosity so thankfully even if she stays at Bhallas she will be negative
