Zain Imam was born on 18 May 1988 in New Delhi, India He completed his graduation in MBA from a Business School. Zain Imam made his television debut in MTV show, Kaise Yeh Yaariaan as Abhimanyu Thaakar. However, his first lead show as a lead was Tashan E Ishq as Yuvraj Luthra. The character of Yuvraj made Zain a overnight star. He also played a lead role in the show Yeh Vaada Raha. Currently, he is playing the lead role of Neil Khanna who is a police inspector opposite Aditi Rathore aka Avni.

Aditi Rathore was born and brought up in Rajasthan, India. She was part of shows like Kumkum Bhagya and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste where she played supporting roles. However, she got immense critical and commercial success for those roles. She is currently playing the lead role of Avni Ayesha also known as Ananya in Naamkaran opposite Zain Imam.

Avni Ayesha was a happy go lucky, strong, and intelligent child who wanted her parents to live together. She just wished for one thing which was family's love just like any other child. However, her childhood was not like any other child. Her parents were never married and were in living relationship. Avni was called stigma to her family and was called illegitimate child. However, she decided to fight against all odds for her mother, her to-be brother, and herself. In this process, she lost her mother, brother, and those friends who helped her out. Avni came back with a motive which is to take revenge of her mother's death and get her brother back from evil clutches of her grandmother. She does not believe in love and marriage. Would that change with Neil's entry

Neil Khanna is a mysterious character as we do not know much about him except the fact he lives with his mother and father. He is about to get married to Avni cousin, Riya. Neil is a strong, determined police inspector who believes in the system of justice and always support the truth. He does not believe in the intuition of love anymore because he lost someone who was very dear to him.

Naamkarann is a story of an illegitimate child named Avni whose mother was muslim and father was Hindu. Avni always wished for normal family which she never got because of societal barriers and hurdles. Her grandmother killed her mother, snatched her brother, accused her of her own mother murder, and almost took her life. Avni never give up. She is back to take her revenge and get her brother back from her grandmother. She came across a very honest and determined police officer Neil Khanna. Avni hates the system but will Neil be able to restore her faith again in system? Would they come together and will be able to fight against Dayawanti Mehta? These questions will be answered in Naamkarann and a lot more will happen. Stay tune! Keep watching Naamkarann Monday to Friday at 9 PM!

The chemistry between Zain Imam and Aditi Rathore is very natural, raw, and pure. It has the power to attract the attention of masses. Zain Aditi have been successful in doing so. They have made Naamkaran reach a totally new height. With their beautiful chemistry and the well crafted characters of AvNeil, they have given a new life lease to NaamKaran. Neil Avni story has just begun but it has touched millions of hearts. They are the new sensation of television. The most special scene of AvNeil was the HOLI scene where both of them were drunk and forgot about all their worries/issues. They just wanted to live their life to the fullest without any conditions. Zain-Aditi acted perfectly in that scene and their childlike, innocent, romantic expressions drives all of us crazy for them.

The best thing about AvNeil aka AdiZa is that their story isn't like usual love story on television. Its very different because its about two broken souls and how they will come together. They will complete each other. Neil-Avni are not perfect individuals but they will learn and grow from each other. Thats the best part about their story. We cannot wait to see and cherish upcoming moments of AvNeil. They are magical and they will spread their unique, beautiful magic.

Appreciation Thread: Appreciation threads are to be used to praise and appreciate particular favorite actor/actress/celebrity. Please don't use the AT's as a forum to bash/mock/discuss other celebrities/members/characters, discuss what is happening on the forum or elsewhere on IF or other social networking sites, basically keep it related to what the AT is about.

a. Chatting: We do allow minimum chatting in ATs, provided it is related to this AT alone. Additionally Do not spam with just emotions/numbers to increase post count/pages. Do not quote long quotes.You can quote three posts maximum and they should be small.
ATs are open for everyone, however, do not invade the AT with the purpose to rile up the fans or instigate them. Everyone has their right to voice out their opinions and should NOT be judged/generalized based on their likes/dislikes. If any of your fellow members/friends fails to follow the rules, kindly ask them to edit out or tell them its wrong rather than joining them and aggravate the issues further and equally responsible for carrying forward an unfavorable situation. Hence be responsible and take responsibility because that way you may prevent action taken against your AT thread.
ATs/discussions threads can NOT be used to target other members and NO pinpointing activity/mock or taking digs here toward other fan groups.Any derogatory references or name callings against actors /characters/members/Dev team members are strictly PROHIBITED here.

b. Report: If you see anyone breaching the rules in any of the threads in the main forum, you will not come here and rant it out about it and snowball the issue further! Instead make use of the "REPORT" button and report the thread by stating the reason clearly. As soon as the Dev Team comes online they would take the necessary action.

We can assure you guys that we only takes action where it's legit reason. However, here is a little catch for the stalkers who just want to report in order to get the AT closed down - If you report any post/comments that has no legit reason, you will be reliable for action against you for stalking.

If the DT sees more than 3 people breaking the AT rules constantly for a week, the effects of violations will kick start, which go as follows:

First Violation - Warning Note Second - Another Warning Note Third - Another Warning Note Fourth - Close the AT for 24 hrs (1 Day) Fifth - Close AT for 72 hrs (3 Days) Sixth - Close AT for 1 week (7 Days) Seventh - Get rid of AT completely from the forum/Shift it to Celebrity Fan Club Forum.
