Yes, indeed considering it's current competition. Hopefully it will do even better when SNS goes off air and previous viewers of that show start looking for a worthy replacement.

This serial doesnt have chaska meter. So doesn't its rating suffer due to this?

Chaska metre and trp have nothing to do with each other. Trp is a program's official designation of how much proportion of viewership it grabbed during the time slot it airs. Chaska metre only relates to India Forums and doesn't affect trp at all. It is just a virtual button at the top of the page of the serial's forum that a member hits to show their liking of that serial. The number of times it gets hit and some other factors like the post activity on that particular forum are then collated and used to rank the popularity of shows on India Forums only. Results are announced every Monday and you will usually find them at the top of the page with the other global announcement threads. You will also find a similar thread used to rank the popularity of actors and actresses which is announced on a Tuesday. Usually they give a 'chaska metre' to the forums of those shows that have lots of posting activity and given the lack of it here right now, I don't think we will get one soon.

I hope they keep on giving such good and progressive storylines.

I'm happy its doing well because its one of the very few shows that doesn't currently have females bowing down to their in-laws/husbands no matter how disgustingly they're treated.
