It's official. Virani Parivaar from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is the most popular family on television.
Recently, the channel conducted a survey where television's top four families namely the Agarwals of Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, the Singh's of Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, the Basu's of Kasauti Zindagi Kay and Virani's of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi competed with each other on grounds of popularity. Out of the million families who voted for the Kyunki team, it was the Patels from Surat who were invited by the Virani's to meet them. "We've come all the way from Surat. We arrived this morning and have been looking forward to meeting Tulsi and her family," says the excited Deepti Patel."
When asked about the show, they said, "We love the show. It's our favourite and we don't miss it at any cost." What about films? Do they enjoy watching films as well? "We don't much care about films? Who has the patience to go all the way to a theatre and sit through a film? Kyunki… is very popular in our hometown Surat," smiles Deepti.
